- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 전극의 두께는 70 내지 120Å 인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광표시장치.

- 제 16 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 전극은 스퍼터링법 또는 진공증착법으로 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제 16 항에 있어서,상기 발광층은 진공 증착법, 잉크젯 프린트법 또는 레이저 열전사법 중 어느 하나로 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광표시장치의 제조방법.
