Claims (8)
- 알루미늄 또는 알루미늄 합금으로 이루어지는 알루미늄계 피용접재와, 철계 피용접재를 용접하는 이재 접합 방법에 있어서,상기 철계 피용접재는 그 표면을 피복하는 아연 또는 아연 합금으로 이루어지는 아연계 피복층을 갖고, 플럭스를 이용하여, 용융 용접법에 의해, 용접시에 상기 플럭스도 용융하도록 하면서 상기 2개의 피용접재를 접합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이재 접합 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 알루미늄계 피용접재는 적어도 상기 철계 피용접재와 접합하는 부위에 도포된 플럭스층을 갖고, 상기 알루미늄계 피용접재를 토치측에 배치하여 상기 2개의 피용접재를 중첩시킨 상태로, 용융 용접법에 의해, 상기 2개의 피용접재를 접합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이재 접합 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 알루미늄계 피용접재를 토치측에 배치하여 상기 2개의 피용접재를 중첩시킨 상태로, 용가재로서 알루미늄 합금 시스의 내부에 플럭스가 충전된 플럭스 코어드 와이어를 사용하고, 상기 플럭스 코어드 와이어에 통전하지 않는 용융 용접법에 의해, 상기 2개의 피용접재를 접합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이재 접합 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 플럭스는, 불화물계 플럭스인 것을 특징으로 하는 이재 접합 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 불화물계 플럭스는, 불화 알루미늄과 불화 칼륨 중 적어도 한쪽으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 이재 접합 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 불화물계 플럭스는, 추가로 불화 세슘을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이재 접합 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 알루미늄 합금 시스는, Si : 2 내지 13 질량%을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이재 접합 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 알루미늄 합금 시스는, Mg : 3 질량% 이하와 Mn : 1 질량% 이하 중 적어도 한쪽을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이재 접합 방법.
