Claims (11)
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,일반식 (Ⅰ)∼(Ⅳ)에 있어서, Ar1, Ar2, Ar3, Ar4가 독립적으로 미치환 또는 저급 알킬기, 저급 알콕시기, 탄소수 4∼10의 아릴기 혹은 탄소수 4∼10의 아릴옥시기로 치환된 페닐기, 나프틸기, 페난트릴기, 피리딜기, 피라질기, 피리미딜기, 이미다졸릴기, 티에닐기 또는 푸릴기 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 복소환 화합물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,일반식 (I)∼(IV)에 있어서, Ar1, Ar2, Ar3, Ar4가 독립적으로 미치환 또는 저급 알킬기, 저급 알콕시기, 탄소수 4∼10의 아릴기 혹은 탄소수 4∼10의 아릴옥시기로 치환된 페닐기, 피리딜기, 피라질기, 피리미딜기, 이미다졸릴기, 티에닐기 또는 푸릴기 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 복소환 화합물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,일반식 (I)∼(IV)에 있어서, -NAr1Ar2 및 -NAr3Ar4가 독립적으로 미치환 또는 저급 알킬기, 저급 알콕시기, 탄소수 4∼10의 아릴기 혹은 탄소수 4∼10의 아릴옥시기로 치환된 N-카르바졸릴기, N-페녹사지닐기, N-페노티아지닐기 또는 N-·카르보리닐기 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 복소환 화합물.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 복소환 화합물을 포함하는 유기층을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계 발광소자.
- 제8항에 있어서,제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 복소환 화합물을 포함하는 유기층이, 발광층, 정공수송층 및 정공주입층으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 하 나의 층인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계 발광소자.
- 제8항에 있어서,제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 복소환 화합물을 포함하는 유기층이, 또한 인광발광 도펀트를 함유하는 발광층인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계 발광소자.
- 제8항에 있어서,제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 복소환 화합물을 포함하는 유기층이 정공수송층인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계 발광소자.
