Claims (6)
- 일면이 개방되고 나머지 면은 밀폐된 금속 케이스로서,상기 개방된 일면을 제외한 면의 일부 또는 전부에는 관통 슬릿이 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 소결용 금속지지체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 개방된 일면은 상면이고, 상기 관통 슬릿은 수직선 또는 사선으로 형성되며, 상기 관통 슬릿의 폭은 0.1 내지 0.8 ㎜인 것을 특징으로 하는 소결용 금속지지체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 금속케이스는 스테인리스 스틸 또는 인코넬 계열의 합금으로 이루어지고,상기 관통 슬릿은 수직선과 수평선의 조합이나 사선 또는 곡선의 조합으로 이루어지고, 길이가 10 내지 500 ㎜이고, 간격이 1 내지 20 ㎜로 나란히 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 소결용 금속지지체.
- i) 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항의 소결용 금속지지체의 내부에 소결 대상체를 넣고 나머지 빈 공간에 무기 충진물을 채운 후 이를 함께 소결하거나, ii) 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항의 소결용 금속지지체의 내부에 중공부를 갖는 소결 대상체를 넣고 상기 중공부에 또 다른 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항의 소결용 금속지지체를 넣고 상기 두 소결용 금속지지체 사이의 나머지 빈 공간에 무기 충진물을 채운 후 이를 함께 소결하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 지지체를 이용한 소결방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 소결 대상체는 금속 또는 세라믹 분말을 포함하는 슬러리를 다공구조를 가지는 담지체에 담지한 후, 성형하여, 건조한 것인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 지지체를 이용한 소결방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 무기 충진물은 Al2O3 또는 SiC를 포함하는 세라믹 분말인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 지지체를 이용한 소결방법.
