Claims (7)
- 다열의 전동체를 구비하는 허브 베어링 유니트에 있어서, 휠고정볼트가 삽입되는 고정공이 형성된 플랜지와, 하나 이상의 내륜궤도가 형성된 허브와; 상기 허브의 외경면에 안착하며 하나 이상의 내륜궤도가 형성된 내륜과; 상기 허브에 형성된 내륜궤도 및 내륜에 형성된 내륜궤도와 동수의 외륜궤도가 형성되며, 너클체결공이 형성되어 너클이 체결되는 플랜지를 구비하는 외륜과; 상기 허브 및 내륜에 형성되는 내륜궤도와 외륜에 형성된 외륜궤도 사이에 안착하는 전동체와; 상기 전동체의 원주 방향 간격을 유지하도록 허브와 외륜 및 내륜과 외륜 사이에 설치되며 전동체가 삽입되는 오목부가 형성된 케이지와; 상기 허브와 외륜 및 내륜과 외륜 사이에 형성되는 개구부에 장치되는 씰을 포함하여 구성되며, 상기 외륜에 형성되는 외륜궤도는 3개 이상 형성되며, 상기 전동체는 3열 이상으로 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다열의 전동체를 구비하는 허브 베어링 유니트.
- 다열의 전동체를 구비하는 허브 베어링 유니트에 있어서, 하나 이상의 내륜궤도가 형성된 내륜과; 하나 이상의 내륜궤도가 형성된 또 하나의 내륜과; 상기 내륜에 형성된 내륜궤도와 동수의 외륜궤도가 형성된 외륜과; 상기 내륜에 형성되는 내륜궤도와 외륜에 형성된 외륜궤도 사이에 안착하는 전동체와; 상기 전동체의 원주 방향 간격을 유지하도록 상기 내륜과 외륜 사이에 설치되며 전동체가 삽입되는 오목부가 형성된 케이지와; 상기 내륜과 외륜 사이에 형성되는 개구부에 장치되는 씰을 포함하여 구성되며, 상기 외륜에 형성되는 외륜궤도는 3개 이상 형성되며, 상기 전동체는 3열 이상으로 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다열의 전동체를 구비하는 허브 베어링 유니트.
- 제1 항에 있어서, 상기 허브의 외경면에는 또 하나의 내륜이 안착하며, 상기 허브에 형성되는 하나 이상의 내륜궤도는 상기 내륜에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다열의 전동체를 구비하는 허브 베어링 유니트.
- 제1 항 내지 제3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 전동체가 내륜궤도와 외륜궤도 사이에 안착 된 상태에서 외측 전동체의 축방향 틈새는 내측 전동체의 축방향 틈새와 같거나 내측 전동체의 축방향 틈새보다 작게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다열의 전동체를 구비하는 허브 베어링 유니트.
- 제1 항 내지 제3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 전동체가 내륜궤도와 외륜궤도 사이에 안착 된 상태에서 내측 전동체의 피치원지름은 외측 전동체의 피치원지름 보다 작게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다열의 전동체를 구비하는 다열의 전동체를 구비하는 허브 베어링 유니트.
- 제5 항에 있어서,상기 전동체가 내륜궤도와 외륜궤도 사이에 안착 된 상태에서 외측 전동체의 축방향 틈새는 내측 전동체의 축방향 틈새와 같거나 내측 전동체의 축방향 틈새보다 작게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다열의 전동체를 구비하는 허브 베어링 유니트.
- 제6 항에 있어서,상기 전동체가 내륜궤도와 외륜궤도 사이에 안착 된 상태에서 내측 전동체의 축방향 틈새는 외측 전동체의 축방향 틈새보다 1∼20㎛ 범위 크게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다열의 전동체를 구비하는 허브 베어링 유니트.
