Claims (13)
- 마찰 면 및 접촉 면을 포함하는 특히 클러치 또는 브레이크용 마찰 라이닝의제조 방법에 있어서,a) 섬유, 고착제 및 충전재를 혼합하는 단계,b) 150℃ 내지 250℃, 바람직하게는 180℃ 내지 220℃의 온도(TF)에서 혼합물을 형성하되, 고착제가 완전히 중합화되지 않도록 하여, 고착제의 구조를 상당히 변경시키지 않도록 하는 단계,c) 적어도 하나의 평삭(planing)을 포함하는 적어도 마찰 면상의 물질을 제거하는 단계, 및d) 고착제의 후속 가교 처리 단계를 포함하는마찰 라이닝 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 단계(a)는, 용액 중에 투입된 고착제 및 충전재를 포함하는 접합제 내의 스레드의 연속 섬유의 함침과, 그 후의 예비 성형체의 제작을 포함하고, 상기 단계(b)는 고온 압축을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는마찰 라이닝 제조 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 고착제는 수용매에 의해 용해되는 것을 특징으로 하는마찰 라이닝 제조 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 고착제는 유기 용매, 특히 트리클로로에틸렌에 의해 용해되는 것을 특징으로 하는마찰 라이닝 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 단계(b)와 선택적으로 단계(a)는, 상기 섬유가 비연속 섬유인 사출 공정 도중에 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는마찰 라이닝 제조 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 고착제는, 에폭시, 폴리에스테르, 멜라민, 폴리실록산, 석탄산, 폴리아미드-이미드, 폴리이미드, 폴리벤지미다졸 및 실리콘의 목록에서 선택되는 수지 또는 수지의 혼합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는마찰 라이닝 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 단계(c) 중에 물질이 접촉면상에서 제거되는 것을 특징으로 하는마찰 라이닝 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 단계(c) 중에, 0.3 내지 1㎜ 두께의 물질이 전체의 처리 면 위에서 제거되는 것을 특징으로 하는마찰 라이닝 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,후속 가교 처리는 단계(b)의 온도(TF)보다 높은 온도(TT)에서의 열처리인 것을 특징으로 하는마찰 라이닝 제조 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,온도(TF)와 온도(TT) 사이의 온도차가 적어도 30℃, 바람직하게는 약 50℃인 것을 특징으로 하는마찰 라이닝 제조 방법.
- 제 9 항 또는 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 온도(TT)는 200℃ 내지 300℃, 바람직하게는 220℃ 내지 280℃인 것을 특징으로 하는마찰 라이닝 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,후속 가교 처리는 예컨대 자외선(UV), 적외선(IR) 또는 기사광의 조사에 의한 처리인 것을 특징으로 하는마찰 라이닝 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 후속 가교의 단계(d) 후에 임의의 후속 치수설정 단계를 포함하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는마찰 라이닝 제조 방법.
