Claims (6)
- 복수의 코일이 배설되는 스테이터와,이 스테이터의 내주에 대향하여 배설되고, 복수의 자극을 갖는 로터와,이 로터의 일단에 마련되고, 전원으로부터 공급된 전류를, 전류(轉流)하여 상기 스테이터의 코일에 주는 통전부를 구비한 직류 모터에 있어서,상기 통전부는, 상기 로터와 일체적으로 회전하는 원판으로 구성되고, 상기 원판의 지름 방향 외주부 및 축방향 단부에 각각 통전 부위를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 직류 모터.
- 제 1항에 있어서,원판의 지름 방향 외주부에 마련된 통전 부위는, 둘레 방향으로 다분할 된 정류자이고,원판의 축방향 단부에 마련된 통전 부위는, n상으로 분할된 슬립 링인 것을 특징으로 하는 직류 모터.
- 제 2항에 있어서,정류자는, 제 1의 브러시를 통하여 공급되는 전류를 전류(轉流)하고,슬립 링은, 상기 정류자에 의해 n상으로 전류(轉流)된 상기 전류를, 제 2의 브러시를 통하여 스테이터의 코일에 공급하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 직류 모터.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,로터와 통전부를, 수지로 일체 성형한 것을 특징으로 하는 직류 모터.
- 제 4항에 있어서,수지는 열가소성 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 직류 모터.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,직류 모터는 배기 가스 재순환 장치용인 것을 특징으로 하는 직류 모터.
