Claims (21)
- 육상 이동 무선 장치(LMR)(22)에 있어서,LMR 네트워크(24)와의 통신을 제공하도록 구성된 LMR 통신부(40); 및셀룰러 데이터 네트워크(26)와의 통신을 제공하도록 구성된 셀룰러 데이터 네트워크 통신부(42)를 포함하는 육상 이동 무선 장치.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 셀룰러 데이터 네트워크 통신부(42)는 셀룰러 무선 모뎀(38)을 포함하는 육상 이동 무선 장치.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 LMR 통신부(40)는 LMR 프로토콜을 이용하여 통신하도록 구성되고, 상기 셀룰러 데이터 네트워크 통신부(42)는 LMR-오버-셀룰러 프로토콜을 이용하여 통신하도록 구성된 육상 이동 무선 장치.
- 제3 항에 있어서,상기 LMR-오버-셀룰러 프로토콜은 패킷 스위칭 프로토콜을 포함하는 육상 이동 무선 장치.
- 제1 항에 있어서LMR 콘텐트(130)의 전달을 위해 상기 LMR 통신부(40)와 셀룰러 데이터 네트워크 통신부(42) 중 하나를 선택하기 위해 사용자 입력을 수신하도록 구성된 사용자 인터페이스(250)를 더 포함하는 육상 이동 무선 장치.
- 제1 항에 있어서,LMR 콘텐트(130)의 전달을 위해 상기 LMR 통신부(40)와 셀룰러 데이터 네트워크 통신부(42) 중 하나를 자동으로 선택하도록 구성된 프로세서(45)를 더 포함하는 육상 이동 무선 장치.
- 제1 항에 있어서,동작 조건, 사용자 세팅, 미리 결정된 세팅 중 적어도 하나에 기초하여, LMR 콘텐트(130)의 전달을 위해 상기 LMR 통신부(40)와 셀룰러 데이터 네트워크 통신부(42) 중 하나를 자동으로 선택하도록 구성된 프로세서(45)를 더 포함하는 육상 이동 무선 장치.
- 제1 항에 있어서,선택된 통신 네트워크를 식별하도록 구성된 디스플레이(246)를 더 포함하는 육상 이동 무선 장치.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 LMR 통신부(40) 및 셀룰러 데이터 네트워크 통신부(42)를 내부에 갖고 있고 핸드헬드 동작을 제공하도록 구성된 하우징(222)을 더 포함하는 육상 이동 무선 장치.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 LMR 통신부(40) 및 셀룰러 데이터 네트워크 통신부(42)를 내부에 갖고 있고 데스크톱 또는 대시보드(312) 동작 구성으로 구성된 하우징을 더 포함하는 육상 이동 무선 장치.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 프로세서(45)는 상기 셀룰러 데이터 네트워크 통신부(42)를 사용하여 통신할 때 패킷 스위칭 프로토콜을 이용하여 LMR 콘텐트(130)를 캡슐화하도록 구성된 육상 이동 무선 장치.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 프로세서(45)는 적어도 하나의 다른 LMR 유닛(22)과 함께 단대단 암호화와 단대단 디지털 엔코딩 중 적어도 하나를 허용하도록 구성된 육상 이동 무선 장치.
- 멀티모드 단말 장치에 있어서,육상 이동 무선 장치(22); 및셀룰러 무선 모뎀(38)을 포함하는 멀티모드 단말 장치.
- 제13 항에 있어서,상기 육상 이동 무선 장치(22)는 LMR 프로토콜을 이용하여 LMR 콘텐트(130)를 전달하도록 구성되고, 상기 셀룰러 데이터 모뎀(38)은 LMR-오버-셀룰러 프로토콜을 이용하여 LMR 콘텐트(130)를 전달하도록 구성된 멀티모드 단말 장치.
- 제14 항에 있어서,상기 LMR-오버-셀룰러 프로토콜은 패킷 스위칭 프로토콜을 포함하고,상기 셀룰러 무선 모뎀(38)을 사용하여 통신할 때 패킷 스위칭 프로토콜을 이용하여 LMR 콘텐트를 캡슐화하도록 구성된 LMR 캡슐화 모듈(36)을 더 포함하는 멀티모드 단말 장치.
- 제13 항에 있어서,상기 육상 이동 무선 장치는 프로젝트(Project) 25 (TIA 102), ETSI TETRA 에어링크 프로토콜, OpenSky M/A-COM 전유 포맷, NetworkFirst, 및 EDACS 시스템 전유 포맷 중 하나를 이용하여 LMR 콘텐트(130)를 전달하도록 구성된 멀티모드 단말 장치.
- 제13 항에 있어서,상기 셀룰러 무선 모뎀은 GPRS(General Packet Radio Service), EDGE(Enhanced Data Rate for GSM Evolution), EV-DO(Evolution Data Optimized), UMTS(Universal Mobile Telephone Service), 및 802.10 시스템 표준 중 하나를 이용하여 LMR 콘텐트(130)를 전달되도록 구성된 멀티모드 단말 장치.
- 제13 항에 있어서,동작 조건, 사용자 세팅, 및 미리 결정된 세팅 중 적어도 하나에 기초하여 상기 육상 이동 무선 장치(22)와 셀룰러 무선 모뎀(38) 중 하나를, LMR 콘텐트(130)의 전달을 위해, 자동으로 선택하도록 구성된 프로세서(45)를 더 포함하는 멀티모드 단말 장치.
- 제13 항에 있어서,LMR 콘텐트(130)의 전달을 위해 상기 육상 이동 무선 장치(22)와 상기 셀룰러 무선 모뎀(38) 중 하나를 선택하기 위해 사용자 입력을 수신하도록 구성된 사용자 인터페이스(250)를 더 포함하는 멀티모드 단말 장치.
- LMR(22)을 사용하여 육상 이동 무선 장치(LMR) 콘텐트(130)를 전달하는 방법에 있어서,LMR 네트워크(24)와 셀룰러 데이터 네트워크(26) 중 하나를 사용하여 LMR 콘텐트(130)를 전달하도록 육상 이동 무선 장치(22)를 구성하는 것을 포함하되,상기 LMR 콘텐트(130)는 상기 셀룰러 데이터 네트워크(26)를 사용하여 통신할 때 패킷 스위칭 프로토콜을 이용하여 캡슐화되는 전달 방법.
