Claims (5)
- 하나 또는 둘 이상의 고정렌즈군과 하나 또는 둘 이상의 이동렌즈군이 광축을 중심으로 한 양단부의 정공과 장공에 설치된 정공 가이드 샤프트와 장공 가이드 샤프트에 의해 안내되어 이동하는 구조의 렌즈 배럴 어셈블리에 있어서,상기 정공의 중심과 상기 장공의 중심과 상기 렌즈군의 중심(광축)이 동일 선상에 놓이도록 설계된 것을 특징으로 하는 줌 렌즈 배럴 어셈블리.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 각 렌즈군의 정공은 몰드금형에서 통코어에 의하여 성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 줌 렌즈 배럴 어셈블리.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 이동렌즈군은 제어모터와 상기 제어모터의 리드 스크루(lead screw)의 나사산에 맞물려 이동하는 클립기구가 결합된 구조에 의하여 광축상에서 위치 이동이 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 줌 렌즈 배럴 어셈블리.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 클립기구는중앙이 비어있고 양단에 클립 결합홀이 상기 정공에 하부에 클립 결합홀이 형성된 클립 결합부;상부에는 상기 클립 결합홀에 동축으로 끼워지는 가이드홀이 관통 형성되고, 상기 가이드홀의 적어도 일단에서 상기 가이드홀을 중심으로 스프링 가이드벽이 형성되고, 하부에는 상기 리드 스크루의 나사산에 맞물리는 클립 나사산이 형성된 클립본체;상기 스프링 가이드벽에 끼워지며 상기 클립 결합부의 중앙부 내측단에 한쪽발이 지지되어 상기 클립본체 상기 리드 스크루의 나사산 맞물림 방향으로 밀착하는 탄성력을 제공하는 토션 스프링; 및상기 클립 결합홀을 통하여 상기 토션 스프링과 상기 클립의 가이드홀에 끼워지는 클립 가이드 샤프트를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 줌 렌즈 배럴 어셈블리.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 클립 나사산은 상기 리드 스크루의 리드각만큼 사선으로 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 줌 렌즈 배럴 어셈블리.
