Claims (15)
- 제1 전극, 제2 전극, 및 상기 제1 전극과 제2 전극 사이에 설치되는 반도체층을 갖는 반도체 소자의 제조 방법으로서,상기 제1 전극의 한쪽 면측과 상기 제2 전극의 한쪽 면측에 각각, 중합성 기들을 갖는 반도체 재료로 주로 구성되는 층을 형성하는 제1 공정, 및상기 제1 전극 측의 상기 층과 상기 제2 전극 측의 상기 층을 서로 접촉시킨 상태에서, 상기 반도체 재료를 그들의 중합성 기의 중합 반응에 의해 중합시켜, 상기 두 층을 서로 일체화함으로써, 상기 반도체층을 얻는 제2 공정을 포함하는 반도체 소자의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 공정에서, 상기 제1 전극 측의 상기 층은 액상 프로세스에 의해 형성하는 반도체 소자의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 공정에서, 상기 제2 전극 측의 상기 층은 액상 프로세스에 의해 형성하는 반도체 소자의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 공정과 제2 공정 사이에, 상기 제1 전극 측의 상기 층에 함유되는 상기 반도체 재료를, 상기 제2 공정에서 얻어지는 고분자의 중합도보다 낮은 중합도까지 중합시키는 공정을 더 포함하는 반도체 소자의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 공정과 제2 공정 사이에, 상기 제2 전극 측의 상기 층에 함유되는 상기 반도체 재료를, 상기 제2 공정에서 얻어지는 고분자의 중합도보다 낮은 중합도까지 중합시키는 공정을 더 포함하는 반도체 소자의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 중합성 기들이 광중합성을 갖는 반도체 소자의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 중합성 기들이 열중합성을 갖는 반도체 소자의 제조 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 제1 전극과 제2 전극 사이에, 상기 반도체층과는 다른 적어도 하나의 유기 재료층을 형성하는 공정을 더 포함하며,상기 중합성 기들을 중합시킬 때의 가열 온도는 상기 유기 재료층을 구성하는 주재료의 유리전이온도보다 낮은 온도로 설정되어 있는 반도체 소자의 제조 방 법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 반도체 재료가 하기 일반식 (A1) 또는 (A2)로 표시되는 화합물로 구성되는 반도체 소자의 제조 방법:(식 중, 2개의 R1들은 같거나 다르며, 각각 독립적으로 탄소 원자수 2∼8의 직쇄 알킬기를 나타내고, 4개의 R2들은 같거나 다르며, 각각 독립적으로 수소 원자, 메틸기, 또는 에틸기를 나타내고, Y는 치환 또는 무치환의 방향족 탄화수소환, 또는 치환 또는 무치환의 복소환(heterocycle)을 적어도 하나 함유하는 기를 나타내고, 2개의 X1들은 하기 일반식 (B1)∼(B3) 중 어느 하나로 표시되는 동종의 치환기이며, 그 2개의 X1들의 탄소 원자수는 서로 같거나 다름);또는(식 중, 8개의 R들은 같거나 다르며, 각각 독립적으로 수소 원자, 메틸기, 또는 에틸기를 나타내고, Y는 치환 또는 미치환의 방향족 탄화수소환, 또는 치환 또는 미치환의 복소환을 적어도 하나 함유하는 기를 나타내고, X2, X3, X4 및 X5는 하기 일반식 (B1)∼(B3) 중 어느 하나로 표시되는 동종의 치환기이며, 그 X2, X3, X4 및 X5의 탄소 원자수는 서로 같거나 다름)(식 중, n1은 2∼8의 정수이고, n2는 3∼8의 정수이고, m은 0∼3의 정수이고, Z1는 수소 원자 또는 메틸기를 나타내며, Z2는 수소 원자, 메틸기, 또는 에틸기를 나타냄)
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 반도체층이 정공 수송층을 포함하는 반도체 소자의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 반도체층이 발광층을 포함하는 반도체 소자의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 반도체층이 전자 수송층을 포함하는 반도체 소자의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 기재된 반도체 소자의 제조 방법에 의해 제조되는 반도체 소자.
- 제13항에 기재된 반도체 소자를 구비하는 전자 디바이스.
- 제17항에 기재된 전자 디바이스를 구비하는 전자 기기.
