Claims (11)
- PbO 2 내지 40 중량%;Bi2O3 5 내지 50 중량%;SiO2 1 내지 20 중량%;B2O3 10 내지 35 중량%;BaO 5 내지 25 중량%; 및ZnO 1 내지 20 중량%를 포함하는 디스플레이 장치용 유리 분말.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 디스플레이 장치용 유리 분말은 Bi2O3를 10 내지 45 중량%의 함량으로 포함하는 것인 디스플레이 장치용 유리 분말.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 디스플레이장치용 유리 분말은 SiO2를 1 내지 15 중량%의 함량으로포함하는 것인 디스플레이 장치용 유리 분말.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 디스플레이 장치용 유리 분말은 SiO2 및 B2O3를 합하여 15 내지 40 중량%의 함량으로 포함하는 것인 디스플레이 장치용 유리 분말.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 BaO의 함량은 10 내지 20 중량%인 디스플레이 장치용 유리 분말.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 유리 분말은 CaO, MgO, Al2O3, P2O5, CoO 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 제1 첨가제를 더욱 포함하고, CuO, CeO2 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 제2 첨가제를 더욱 포함하는 것인 디스플레이 장치용 유리 분말.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 유리 분말은 전체 유리 분말 100 중량부에 대하여 CaO 및 MgO를 합하여 1 내지 20 중량부; Al2O3를 0 내지 15 중량부; P2O5를 0 내지 10 중량부; CoO를 0 내지 3 중량부; CuO, CeO2 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 산화물 0 내지 3 중량부를 포함하는 것인 디스플레이 장치용 유리 분말.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 Al2O3의 함량은 3 내지 15 중량부인 디스플레이 장치용 유리 분말.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 유리 분말은 TiO2, ZrO2 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 고유전율 재료를 더욱 포함하는 것인 디스플레이 장치용 유리 분말.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 유리 분말은 TiO2, ZrO2 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 고유전율 재료를 전체 유리 분말 100 중량부에 대하여 0 내지 10 중량부의 양으로 포함하는 것인 디스플레이 장치용 유리 분말.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 유리 분말은 플라즈마 디스플레이 장치에 사용되는 것인 디스플레이 장치용 유리 분말.
