Claims (7)
- 무기 섬유를 포함하는 시트 부재로서,상기 시트 부재내에서 실질적으로 서로 대향하는 제 1 및 제 2 표면이 시트 부재의 두께 방향으로 수직하고,상기 제 1 표면은 적어도 오목부와 볼록부를 포함하고,상기 제 1 표면의 오목부와 볼록부의 최대 차이 (최대 요철 차이) h 는 0.4mm ≤ h ≤ 9mm 인 시트 부재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 시트 부재는 무기 섬유의 적층 시트를 니들링 (needling) 처리하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 시트 부재.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 시트 부재는 결합재를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시트 부재.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 무기 섬유의 평균 직경은 6㎛ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 시트 부재.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 무기 섬유는 알루미나와 실리카의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 시트 부재.
- 배기 가스 처리체와,상기 배기 가스 처리체의 개구면을 제외한 외주면의 적어도 일부에 감싸 사용되는 유지 시일재와,상기 유지 시일재가 감겨진 상기 배기 가스 처리체를 수용하는 금속 쉘을 포함하는 배기 가스 정화 장치로서,상기 유지 시일재는, 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 시트 부재를 포함하고, 상기 시트 부재의 제 1 표면이 상기 금속 쉘의 내면과 인접하도록 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 정화 장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 배기 가스 처리체는 촉매 담지체 또는 배기 가스 필터인 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 정화 장치.
