Description
Claims (10)
- a) 분석될 표본을 제공하는 단계,b) 상기 표본을 치료용 항체에는 결합하나 상기 실험동물의 면역 글로불린에는 결합하지 않는 항체와 함께 항온처리시키는 단계,c) 선택적으로 상기 표본을 전체, 활성 또는 항원-결합된 치료용 항체의 선택적 검출에 적합한 시약과 함께 항온처리시키는 단계, 및d) (b) 또는 (c) 단계에서 형성된 부합제를 상기 치료용 항체의 농도에 관련시키는 단계를 포함하는, 실험동물로부터 수득한 표본에서 치료용 항체를 검출하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 실험동물이 마모셋 및 타마린, 구대륙원숭이, 작은쥐여우원숭이, 긴팔원숭이 및 레서 에이프, 트루 레머과(family)의 구성원 및 이들의 교배종을 포함하는 군으로부터 선택됨을 추가적인 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 치료용 항체에는 결합하나 상기 실험동물의 면역 글로불린에는 결합하지 않는 항체가 MAB M-R10Z8E9와 동일한 에피토프에 결합하는 항체임을 추가적인 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 치료용 항체가 인간 항체 또는 인간화된 항체임을 추가적인 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,인간 항체 또는 인간화된 항체가 모노클론 항체임을 추가적인 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,전체 치료용 항체가 검출되는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,활성 치료용 항체가 검출되는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,자신의 항원에 결합된 치료용 항체가 검출되는 방법.
- 실험동물로부터 수득한 표본에서 전체, 활성 또는 항원-결합된 치료용 항체의 농도를 측정하기 위한, 상기 치료용 항체에는 결합하나 상기 실험동물의 면역 글로불린에는 결합하지 않는 항체의 용도.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 항체가 MAB M-R10Z8E9와 동일한 에피토프에 결합하는 용도.
