Claims (7)
- 애노드(anode)와 발광층 및 캐소드(cathode)가 순차 적층된 유기발광다이오드(OLED)를 구비하며, 상기 발광층의 빛이 상기 캐소드를 통해 방사되는 상향 발광 (top emitting) 특성을 지닌 유기발광디스플레이에 있어서,상기 캐소드는 금속층 사이에 투명 산화막이 개재된 샌드위치 적층구조를 적어도 하나 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 유기발광디스플레이.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 캐소드는 금속층-투명 산화막층-금속층의 3층 구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기발광디스플레이.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 캐소드는 상기 발광층 위에 금속층-투명 산화막층-금속층-투명 산화막층의 순서로 적층된 4층 구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기발광디스플레이.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 금속층은 상기 발광층에 인접한 층이 다른 금속층보다 두껍고,상기 투명 산화막층은 상기 발광층에 인접한 층이 다른 투명 산화막층 보다 얇게 적층된 것을 특징으로 하는 유기발광디스플레이.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 캐소드는 금속층-투명 산화막층-금속층-투명 산화막층-금속층의 5층 이상의 구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기발광디스플레이.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 금속층은 Ag, Au, Al, Cr 중 적어도 어느 하나의 성분으로 이루어지고, 상기 투명 산화막층은 ITO(Indium Tin Oxide), IZO(Indium Zinc Oxide), ZnO:Al과 같은 투명한 전도성 물질 중 적어도 어느 하나의 성분으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 유기발광디스플레이.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 금속층은 5~7nm 두께이고, 상기 투명 산화막층은 45~55nm의 두께인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기발광디스플레이.
