Claims (6)
- 차고 조절용 쇽업소버에 설치되는 피스톤 로드로서,내부에 중공부가 형성되며 양단이 개구된 몸체부와,상기 중공부의 일단에서 소정거리 내측으로 이격되어 형성된 단턱부와,상기 중공부의 타단으로 삽입되어 개구를 막고, 상기 단턱부에 걸려 이동이 제한되는 가이드부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차고 조절용 쇽업소버의 피스톤 로드.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 가이드부 또는 상기 가이드부와 대응되는 중공부 중 적어도 어느 한 쪽에 설치되어 틈새를 밀봉하는 오링(O-ring)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차고 조절용 쇽업소버의 피스톤 로드.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 중공부의 일단에는 소정 길이의 나선부가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차고 조절용 쇽업소버의 피스톤 로드.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 가이드부에는 상기 단턱부의 내경과 대응되는 단차부가 형성된 것을 특 징으로 하는 차고 조절용 쇽업소버의 피스톤 로드.
- 차고 조절용 쇽업소버에 설치되는 피스톤 로드를 가공하는 방법으로,내부에 중공부가 형성되며 양단이 개구된 몸체부를 마련하는 마련단계와,상기 중공부의 일단에서 소정거리 내측으로 이격되게 단턱부가 형성되도록 상기 중공부의 타단으로부터 내측면을 가공하는 가공단계와,상기 중공부의 가공된 내측면에 대응하는 가이드부를 마련한 후, 상기 중공부의 개구된 타단으로부터 가이드부를 삽입하여 상기 단턱부에 밀착시키는 결합단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차고 조절용 쇽업소버의 피스톤 로드 가공방법.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,상기 결합단계는 상기 가이드부 또는 상기 가이드부와 대응되는 중공부 중 적어도 어느 한 쪽에 틈새를 밀봉하는 오링(O-ring)설치하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차고 조절용 쇽업소버의 피스톤 로드 가공방법.
