CONSTITUTION:A static capacitance type video disc uses a polyvinyl chloride resin composition consisting of 40-94wt% polyvinyl chloride resin, 1-30wt% low molecular polymer consisting essentially of >=kinds of monomers selected among aromatic vinyl compounds, acrylic acid or methacrylic acid their esters, in which the molten viscosity at 200 deg.C is 50-100,000cm poises, the viscosity of 10wt% toluene solution at 20 deg.C is at <=10cm poises, and the softening point is at 70>=, and of 5-30wt% carbon black.
