Claims (4)
- 제동력을 발생시키기 위한 솔레노이드 밸브와;상기 솔레노이드 밸브의 제동력을 조절하기 위한 제어 신호를 발생시키고, 상기 솔레노이드 밸브의 모델링 특성과 실제 특성을 비교하여 그 차이에 따라 상기 제어 신호의 크기를 조절함으로써 상기 솔레노이드 밸브의 제동력을 조절하는 전자제어유닛을 포함하는 전자 제어 유압 브레이크 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 솔레노이드 밸브는 유입 밸브와 유출 밸브로 이루어지고;상기 유입 밸브 및 유출 밸브의 모델링 특성이 다음과 같이 정의되는 전자 제어 유압 브레이크 시스템.<유입 밸브(3)의 경우>모델링 차륜 압력 = (Inlet_Current - Inlet_Offset) / Inlet_Gain - Pacc (식 1)<유출 밸브(4)의 경우>모델링 차륜 압력 = (Outlet_Current - Outlet_Offset) / Outlet_Gain (식 2)위의 (식 1)에서 Inlet_Current는 유입 밸브(3)의 솔네노이드 밸브에 공급되는 전류량, Inlet_Offset은 유입 밸브(3)의 출력 오프셋, Inlet_Gain은 유입 밸브 (3)의 이득, Pacc는 어큐뮬레이터(5)의 압력이다. 또한 (식 2)에서 Outlet_Current는 유출 밸브(4)의 솔네노이드 밸브에 공급되는 전류량, Outlet_Offset은 유출 밸브(4)의 출력 오프셋, Outlet_Gain은 유출 밸브(4)의 이득.
- 제동력을 발생시키기 위한 솔레노이드 밸브의 특성을 모델링하고;상기 솔레노이드 밸브의 제동력을 조절하기 위한 제어 신호를 발생시키며;상기 솔레노이드 밸브의 모델링 특성과 실제 특성을 비교하여 그 차이에 따라 상기 제어 신호의 크기를 조절함으로써 상기 솔레노이드 밸브의 제동력을 조절하는 전자 제어 유압 브레이크 시스템의 제어 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 솔레노이드 밸브는 유입 밸브와 유출 밸브로 이루어지고;상기 유입 밸브 및 유출 밸브의 모델링 특성이 다음과 같이 정의되는 전자 제어 유압 브레이크 시스템.<유입 밸브(3)의 경우>모델링 차륜 압력 = (Inlet_Current - Inlet_Offset) / Inlet_Gain - Pacc (식 1)<유출 밸브(4)의 경우>모델링 차륜 압력 = (Outlet_Current - Outlet_Offset) / Outlet_Gain (식 2)위의 (식 1)에서 Inlet_Current는 유입 밸브(3)의 솔네노이드 밸브에 공급되는 전류량, Inlet_Offset은 유입 밸브(3)의 출력 오프셋, Inlet_Gain은 유입 밸브(3)의 이득, Pacc는 어큐뮬레이터(5)의 압력이다. 또한 (식 2)에서 Outlet_Current는 유출 밸브(4)의 솔네노이드 밸브에 공급되는 전류량, Outlet_Offset은 유출 밸브(4)의 출력 오프셋, Outlet_Gain은 유출 밸브(4)의 이득.
