Claims (9)
- 코어재와;용기와, 상기 용기에 생석회를 90wt% 이상의 주성분으로 한 흡착제를 수용한 게터를;상기 코어재와 상기 게터를 감싸도록 형성된 밀봉 덮개를;포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 단열재.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 흡착제는 생석회만으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 단열재.
- 코어재와;생석회 재질과 제올라이트를 구비한 게터를;상기 코어재와 상기 게터를 감싸도록 형성된 밀봉 덮개를;포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 단열재.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 생석회는 최대 장반경이 1mm 이상이고 5mm이하의 알갱이 형태로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 단열재.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 제올라이트는 최대 장반경이 1mm 이상이고 5mm이하의 알갱이 형태로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 단열재.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 밀봉 덮개로 둘러싸인 코어재의 진공도는 0.1 Torr 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 단열재.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 제올라이트와 상기 생석회는 20:80 내지 45:55의 비율로 혼합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 단열재.
- 강재로 형성된 냉장고 캐비넷의 외면과;플라스틱 재질로 형성된 냉장고 캐비넷의 내면과;상기 냉장고 캐비넷의 외면과 내면 사이에 위치한 제1항 내지 제3항, 제5항, 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 진공 단열재를;포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고 캐비넷의 단열 구조.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 생석회는 최대 장반경이 1mm 이상이고 5mm이하의 알갱이 형태로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 단열재
