Description
Claims (10)
- 트랙션 메카니즘 구동기를 위한 기계적 완충부를 갖는 클램핑 장치이며, 상기 클램핑 장치는, 하나의 단부에 인장 풀리를 갖고 그 다른 하나의 단부는 회전 불가능하게 연결된 샤프트에 의해 하우징 내에 회전 가능하게 지지되며 토션 스프링 및 압축 스프링에 의해서 상기 하우징에 탄성으로 지지되는 고정 아암을 구비하고, 이 경우 상기 샤프트의 자유 단부는 마찰 디스크에 회전 불가능하게 연결되고, 상기 마찰 디스크와 상기 하우징의 축방향 지지면 사이에 마찰 라이닝이 배치되는 트랙션 메카니즘 구동기용 기계적 완충부를 갖는 클램핑 장치에 있어서,상기 특수 마찰 디스크들(7' 내지 7'''''')이 유격이 없는 형태 결합으로 특수 마찰 라이닝들(8' 내지 8'''''')에 연결되고, 특수 마찰 라이닝들(8' 내지 8'''''')이 하우징(1)의 축방향 지지면(10)에 마찰 접촉되는 것을 특징으로 하는 트랙션 메카니즘 구동기용 기계적 완충부를 갖는 클램핑 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 형태 결합은 특수 마찰 디스크들(7' 내지 7'''''') 및 특수 마찰 라이닝들(8' 내지 8'''''')의 통합된 접촉면들(17' 내지 17'''''' 및 18' 내지 18'''''')에 의해서 실행되고, 상기 접촉면들(17' 내지 17'''''' 및 18' 내지 18'''''')은 특수 마찰 디스크들(7' 내지 7'''''')과 특수 마찰 라이닝들(8' 내지 8'''''')의 전체 원주 영역에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 트랙션 메카니즘 구동기용 기계적 완충부를 갖는 클램핑 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 특수 마찰 디스크들(7' 내지 7'''''') 및 특수 마찰 라이닝들(8' 내지 8'''''')의 통합된 접촉면들(17' 내지 17'''''' 및 18' 내지 18'''''')은, 가압에 의해서 유격이 없는 형태 결합을 일으키는 오버래핑을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 트랙션 메카니즘 구동기용 기계적 완충부를 갖는 클램핑 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 접촉면들(17' 내지 17'''''' 및 18' 내지 18'''''')은 회전 대칭으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 트랙션 메카니즘 구동기용 기계적 완충부를 갖는 클램핑 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 특수 마찰 디스크(7')는 평평하면서 기본형이 원형인, 특수 마찰 라이닝(8')용 함몰부(19)를 가지며, 상기 특수 마찰 라이닝의 원주에는 접촉면들(18')을 갖는, 균등하게 배분된 바람직하게는 4개의 반타원형 오목부들(20)이 있으며, 이들은 특수 마찰 디스크(7')의 상응하는 볼록부들(21)의 접촉면들(17')과 맞물리는 것을 특징으로 하는 트랙션 메카니즘 구동기용 기계적 완충부를 갖는 클램핑 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 특수 마찰 디스크(7'')의 평평한 함몰부(22)를 제한하는 접촉면(17'')과, 이에 체결되는 특수 마찰 라이닝(8'')의 접촉면(18'')은 다각형 형태를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 트랙션 메카니즘 구동기용 기계적 완충부를 갖 는 클램핑 장치.
- 제5항 및 제6항에 있어서, 상기 접촉면들(18', 18'')에 일체식으로 연결되어 반경 방향으로 배치된, 변형 가능한 미니 고정 톱니들(23)이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 트랙션 메카니즘 구동기용 기계적 완충부를 갖는 클램핑 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 특수 마찰 디스크(7''')의 평평한 함몰부(31)의 접촉면(17''')과 이에 체결되는 특수 마찰 라이닝(8''')의 접촉면(18''')이 12각형 형태를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 트랙션 메카니즘 구동기용 기계적 완충부를 갖는 클램핑 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 특수 마찰 디스크(7'''')와 특수 마찰 라이닝(8'''')은, 그 톱니 측면이 접촉면들(17'''', 18'''')로서 사용되는 하나의 동일한 정면 치형부(24)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 트랙션 메카니즘 구동기용 기계적 완충부를 갖는 클램핑 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 특수 마찰 디스크(7''''') 및 특수 마찰 라이닝(8''''')의 원주에는 각각 하나의 축방향 치형부(25, 26)가, 특수 마찰 디스크(7'''''') 및 특수 마찰 라이닝(8'''''')의 원주에는 각각 하나의 반경 방향 치형부(27, 28)가 배치되고, 상기 치형부들(25, 26 및 27, 28)은 톱니 연결부로서 형 성되고 그 톱니 측면은 접촉면들(17''''', 18''''' 및 17'''''', 18'''''')로서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 트랙션 메카니즘 구동기용 기계적 완충부를 갖는 클램핑 장치.
