Claims (2)
- 건조 대상물의 습도량을 검출하는 비 접촉식 습도센서를 이용하여 자동건조를 수행하는 건조기에 있어서,건조행정이 시작되면 습도량에 따라 출력되는 습도센서의 출력값(Vh)을 주기적으로 읽어들이는 단계;습도센서의 현재 출력값(Vh) 및 기 설정된 단위시간 이전의 최소 출력값(Vh.min(-1))에 따라 최소 출력값(Vh.min)을 갱신하는 단계; 그리고,현재 출력값(Vh)과 최소 출력값(Vh.min)의 차이(ΔVh)가 기 설정된 건조 기준값(ΔVh.ref)에 도달하면 건조 완료시점으로 판단하는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 건조기의 건조 제어방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,습도센서의 현재 출력값(Vh) 및 기 설정된 단위시간 이전의 최소 출력값(Vh.min(-1))에 따라 최소 출력값(Vh.min)을 갱신하는 단계는;현재 출력값(Vh)이 제 1 설정크기 이하이면서 동시에 단위시간 이전의 최소 출력값(Vh.min(-1))과 현재 출력값(Vh)의 차이 값(Vh.min(-1)-Vh)이 제 2 설정크기 이상이면 단위시간 이전의 최소 출력값(Vh.min(-1))을 최소 출력값(Vh.min)으로 갱신하는 단계와,기 설정된 단위시간 이전의 최소 출력값(Vh.min(-1))과 현재 출력값(Vh)의 차이 값(Vh.min(-1)-Vh)이 제 2 설정크기 이하이면서 동시에 현재 출력값(Vh)이 단위시간 이전의 최소 출력값(Vh.min(-1))보다 작으면 현재 출력값(Vh)을 최소 출력값(Vh.min)으로 갱신하는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 건조기의 건조 제어방법.
