Claims (3)
- 공조장치용 가변용량 압축기의 ECV 제어방법에 있어서,증발기 온도센서(320), 차외온도센서(330), 차내온도센서(340), 일사량센서(350), 냉각수온도센서(360) 등의 센서값들과 설정온도, 블로워 전압 등을 제어유니트(300)로 입력하는 단계;상기 값들로부터 목표 증발기 온도를 연산하는 단계;상기 블로워 전압의 변화량이 소정값(a)보다 큰 경우, 또는 상기 목표 증발기 온도의 변화량이 소정값(b)보다 큰 경우, 또는 듀티가 최대치이거나 최소치인 경우 중 적어도 어느 한 경우에 해당하는 경우에는, 슬루율의 최대치를 냉매 흐름의 맥동을 방지하기 위해 설정된 통상슬루율(S0)보다 큰 급변슬루율(Sc)값으로 설정하는 단계;상기의 모든 경우에 해당하지 않는 경우에는, 슬루율의 최대치를 통상슬루율(S0)로 설정하는 단계;상기 슬루율의 최대치 미만으로 공조장치용 가변용량 압축기의 ECV 듀티의 변화율을 제어하는 단계;상기 센서값들, 설정온도 및 블로워 전압 등을 제어유니트로 입력하는 단계로 회귀하는 단계; 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공조장치용 가변용량 압축기의 ECV 제어방법
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 급변슬루율(Sc)는 통상슬루율(Si)보다 20%/분 내지 40%/분 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 공조장치용 가변용량 압축기의 ECV 제어방법
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 급변슬루율(Sc)는 40%/분 내지 60%/분인 것을 특징으로 하는 공조장치용 가변용량 압축기의 ECV 제어방법
