Claims (3)
- 폴리에스터/폴리아미드 분할형 복합사로서,제 1성분은 98~99.9 중량%가 폴리에스터이고 0.1~2 중량%가 폴리아미드 66으로 되어 있으며, 제 2성분은 폴리아미드 6와 폴리아미드 66가 3:7에서 7:3의 중량비율로 블렌딩 되어 있는 것임을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스터/폴리아미드 분할형 복합사.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 열수축율이 20% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스터/폴리아미드 분할형 복합사.
- 다음의 단계를 통하여 제조함을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스터/폴리아미드 분할형 복합사의 제조방법.i) 제 1성분으로 폴리에스터가 98~99.9 중량%, 폴리아미드 66가 0.1~2 중량%가 되도록 제조한 중합물을 사용하고,ii) 제 2성분으로 폴리아미드 6와 폴리아미드 66를 블렌딩한 것을 사용하되, 제 2성분이 복합섬유 전체에서 차지하는 비율이 10~35중량%가 되도록 복합방사하며,iii) 제 1 고뎃 롤러는 속도가 1,500m/분~3,000m/분, 표면온도가 70~100℃가 되도록 하고,iv) 제 2 고뎃 롤러는 속도가 3,500m/분~5,500m/분이고, 표면온도가 70~100℃가 되도록 하여서 연신하고 권취함.
