Claims (2)
- 직물층 - 프라이머층 - 잉크흡수층으로 구성되는 기록용의 리본 원단에 있어서,섬유사의 굵기가 70~150 데니어(denier)의 범위의 폴리에스터, T/C, 새틴, 아세테이트, 나일론 등 섬유 원단으로 선택 구성한 직물층(1);상기 직물층에 수용성 아크릴수지(25∼50%), PVA(10∼15%) 수지, EVA 수지(10∼20%), 양이온성 수지(5∼20%), 전분(5∼10%) 등을 단독 또는 혼합하여 구성한 약품을 코팅하여 구성한 프라이머층(2);상기 프라이머층에 바인더로서 수용성 아크릴수지(25∼50%), PVA 수지(10∼15%) , EVA 수지(10∼20%), 양이온성 수지(5∼20%), 전분(5∼10%) 등과, 충진제로서 실리카(5∼10%), 탄산칼슘(1∼5%), 산화알루미늄 등과(1∼5%), 첨가제로서 염료고착제(10∼15%), 형광증백제(1∼5%), 소포제(0.1∼0.5%), 안료(1∼5%) 등을 각각 단독 또는 혼합하여 구성한 약품을 코팅하여 잉크흡수층(3)을 구성하는 것을 포함하는 프린터 출력과 먹을 이용한 붓글씨 쓰기가 가능한 리본 원단
- 제 1항 있어서,잉크흡수층(3)은, 바인더로서 수용성 아크릴수지, EVA 수지, PVA 수지, 양이온성 수지, 전분 등을 단독 또는 혼합 구성하여 전체 중량대비 30 ~ 70% 첨가하고, 충진제로서 실리카, 탄산칼슘, 산화알루미늄 등을 단독 또는 혼합 구성하여 전체 중량대비 5 ~ 35%로 첨가하며, 첨가제로서 염료고착제, 형광증백제, 소포제, 안료 등을 단독 또는 혼합 구성하여 전체 중량대비 5 ~ 20%로 첨가 구성한 약품으로 상기 프라이머층 상부를 코팅하여 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프린터 출력과 먹을 이용한 붓글씨 쓰기가 가능한 리본 원단
