Claims (15)
- 미생물, 매트릭스 성분 및 적어도 하나의 캡슐화가능한 물질을 포함하는 캡슐이되, 상기 매트릭스 성분 및 캡슐화가능한 물질은 미생물 자체에서 발생한 것이 아니며, 상기 캡슐화가능한 물질은 3 보다 작은 계산된 옥탄올/물 분배계수 clogP 값이 특징인 적어도 하나의 작용성 제제 (functional agent)를 포함하는 캡슐.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 1 또는 그보다 큰 계산된 옥탄올/물 분배계수 clogP 값이 특징인 적어도 하나의 부가적인 다른 작용성 제제를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 캡슐.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 작용성 제제는 2 보다 작은 clogP 값을 특징으로 하는 캡슐.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 부가적인 작용성 제제는 2 또는 그보다 큰 clogP 값을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 캡슐.
- 상기 전 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 캡슐화가능한 물질은 담체를 추가로 포함함을 특징으로 하는 캡슐.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 미생물은 캡슐의 건조중량(dry weight) 의 5 내지 80 % 로 제공되고, 매트릭스 성분은 캡슐의 건조중량의 5 내지 80 % 로 제공되며, 적어도 하나의 작용성 제제를 포함하는 캡슐화가능한 물질은 캡슐의 건조중량의 5 내지 60 % 로 제공됨을 특징으로 하는 캡슐.
- 상기 전 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 매트릭스 성분은 수용성 탄수화물을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 캡슐.
- 상기 전 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 3 미만의 clogP 값을 갖는 작용성 제제는 향미제, 아로마제 및 방향제 중 하나 또는 그 이상임을 특징으로 하는 캡슐.
- 상기 전 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 1 이상의 clogP 값을 갖는 부가적인 다른 작용성 제제는 향미제, 아로마제 또는 방향제임을 특징으로 하는 캡슐.
- 상기 전 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 미생물은 곰팡이, 박테리아, 조류, 원생동물 및 이들 중 둘 또는 그 이상의 혼합 형태 중에서 선택 한 것임을 특징으로 하는 캡슐.
- 상기 전 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 5 ㎛ 내지 2 ㎜ 범위의 크기를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 캡슐.
- 상기 전 항 중 어느 한 항의 캡슐을 포함하는 수송 시스템(delivery system).
- 상기 전 항 중 어느 한 항의 캡슐을 포함하는 식료품.
- 다음의 단계를 포함하는, 제 1 항의 캡슐을 제조하는 방법- 적어도 하나의 미생물 및 물을 포함하는 수성 액체를 제조하는 단계 ;- 3 보다 작은 clogP 값을 갖는 작용성 제제를 포함하는캡슐화가능한 물질을 첨가하는 단계 ;- 상기 수성 액체와 캡슐화가능한 물질을 교반시키거나 휘젓거나또는 혼합하는 단계 ;- 매트릭스 성분을 첨가하는 단계 ;- 임으로 성분을 건조시키는 단계 ; 및- 제 1 항의 캡슐을 수득하기 위해 건조시킨 슬러리를 과립화하는단계.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 미생물 및 물을 포함하는 수성 액체에 캡슐화가능한 물질을 첨가하는 단계를 추가로 포함하고, 상기 캡슐화가능한 물질은 1 또는 그보다 큰 clogP 값을 갖는 부가적인 다른 작용성 제제를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
