Claims (11)
- 적어도 부식성 환경에 노출되는 부분이 산화칼슘 및 산화알루미늄을 포함하는 산화물과 산화칼슘알루미늄 중 적어도 하나를 포함하고, 희토류 원소가 5 중량% 미만인 내식재로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내식성 부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산화칼슘알루미늄은 Ca12Al14O33과 Ca3A12O6 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내식성 부재.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 내식재는 칼슘을 30∼80 중량%, 알루미늄을 20∼70 중량% 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내식성 부재.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,기체와,상기 기체 상에 형성된 상기 내식재의 내식층을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내식성 부재.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 내식층의 두께는 0.5∼20 ㎛ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 내식성 부재.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 기체의 상기 내식층이 형성되는 면의 평균 표면 거칠기는 0.05∼2.0 ㎛ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 내식성 부재.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 기체는 질화알루미늄을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내식성 부재.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 반도체 제조와 액정 제조 중 적어도 하나에 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내식성 부재.
- 산화칼슘 및 산화알루미늄을 포함하는 산화물과 산화칼슘알루미늄 중 적어도 하나를 포함하고, 희토류 원소가 5 중량% 미만인 내식재의 원료를 용융하여 냉각하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내식성 부재의 제조 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 1500℃ 이하에서 용융하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내식성 부재의 제조 방법.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 기체 상에 상기 원료를 부착시켜 용융하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내식성 부재의 제조 방법.
