Claims (2)
- ODF 기술을 적용한 액정표시장치의 제조시 제1유리기판과 제2유리기판을 상기 기판들 중 어느 하나의 기판에 도포한 실런트를 매개로 열압착시킨 후, 상기 열압착된 기판을 일정 방향으로 이동시키면서 상기 기판 상면 상부에 배치된 램프 하우징에 의해 둘러쌓인 UV 램프로부터 UV를 조사하여 상기 실런트를 경화시키는 UV 조사를 이용한 실런트 경화방법으로서,상기 열압착된 기판들의 저면 아래에 상기 UV 램프 및 램프 하우징으로부터 기판에 분산되어 조사된 빛을 기판의 특정 영역으로 집중되게 반사시키는 반사판을 설치한 상태로 상기 UV를 조사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 UV 조사를 이용한 실런트 경화방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 반사판은 상기 램프 하우징과 반대 형상의 오목 거울 구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 UV 조사를 이용한 실런트 경화방법.
