Abstract
Description
Claims (7)
- 광원을 제공하는 램프 유닛과;상기 램프 유닛과 광학적으로 연결되며, 상기 램프 유닛으로부터 입사된 광이 영상신호로 변환되도록 하는 광학부품들이 내장되며, 상기 영상신호를 송출하는 주요렌즈를 포함하는 광학엔진 유닛과;상기 주요렌즈로부터 송출된 상기 영상신호를 온빔(on beam) 또는 오프빔(off beam)으로 반사하는 DMD 소자와;상기 온빔(on beam)의 경로를 조절하는 프리즘과;상기 프리즘과 결합되며, 경로가 조절된 상기 온빔(on beam)을 송출하는 투사렌즈와;상기 프리즘을 커버하는 엔진커버를 포함하되,상기 엔진커버에는 상기 투사렌즈 중 상기 오프빔(off beam)이 송출되는 영역을 차폐하는 차광부가 결합되는 DLP 광학엔진.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 오프빔(off beam)을 흡수하는 광흡수부를 더 포함하는 DLP 광학엔진.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 엔진커버는 상기 램프 유닛과, 상기 광학엔진 유닛을 커버하는 DLP 광 학엔진.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 차광부는 상기 엔진커버와 일체로 형성되는 DLP 광학엔진.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 엔진커버는 금속판을 성형하여 제조되며, 상기 차광부는 상기 엔진커버의 일부를 절곡하여 상기 프리즘과 상기 투사렌즈 사이에 개재되도록 형성되는 DLP 광학엔진.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 투사렌즈는 상기 온빔(on beam)이 송출되는 온빔(on beam)영역과 상기 오프빔(off beam)이 송출되는 오프빔(off beam)영역을 포함하며, 상기 차광부의 일 변은 상기 온빔(on beam)영역과 상기 오프빔(off beam)영역의 경계를 통과하는 선인 DLP 광학엔진.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 차광부의 형상은 상기 일 변을 포함하는 삼각형인 DLP 광학엔진.
