Claims (6)
- 임펠라를 펌프외측에서 고정시키고, 임펠라에서의 잉여액의 배출방법과 탱크내에서의 슬러리 및 개스의 영향을 최소화하는 구조인 프로펠러부착방식, 펌프케이싱넛트의 이탈방지장치, 중간후레임의 편측슬롯과 정센터홀과의 적절한조화 및 펌프고정용볼트의 부식방지형 시일링장치, 중간후레임과 베이스플레이트와 펌프본체와의 연결용 시일홀더로 구성된 버티칼 화학압송펌프에 있어서;상기의 체결수단은 입형모터의 최근단에 첵커 및 휀부착형을 고정하고, 구동축의 외륜에 별도의 티타늄고정홀더를 무두렌치볼트로서 강력고정시키고, 고정홀더의 외륜에 함몰홈이 형성되고, 사이에 오링이 삽입됨으로서 틈새의 약액 및 가스침투를 막으며, 임페라의 롱 슬리이브의 외륜에 함몰홈이, 클램프의 내측 돌기와의 압박죄임에 의한체결수단인 임펠라의 이탈방지구조인 버티칼 화학압송펌프.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,중간후레임은 첵커 및 휀을 고정하고, 고정홀더를 고정하기 위한 원주직각방향으로의 센터에 설치된 조립홀 형성구조 및 클램프 고정용이를 위한 편심형 슬롯홈구조인 버티칼 화학압송펌프.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,임펠라가 흡입포트를 통해 토출구로 압송후 잉여유량이 펌프본체의 중간 칸 막이와 프로펠러와 원주의 직각방향으로 네 개뚫린 홀을 통해서 배출시키는 구조인 버티칼 화학압송펌프.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,구동축이 회전할 때 임펠라의 슬리이브에 함께 부착된 프로펠러가 장착하여 외부의 첵커휀과 동시 작동하며, 중간에 드라이시일이 역할을하는 구조인 버티칼 화학압송펌프.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 펌프 고정용볼트의 부식방지수단인 시일링 구조인 버티칼 화학압송펌프
- 제 1 항에 있어서,케이싱넛트가 나사에의 체결후 원형키이를 삽입한 이탈방지용구조인 버티칼 화학압송펌프.
