Abstract
본 고안은 태양빛 발전 집광판 효율을 지속적으로 유지하기 위하여 자동살수 냉각 및 세척 구조를 제공하기 위함이다.
이와같은 구조는 태양광 발전의 집광판이 설치되어 있으면 대기중 황사 및 비산먼지와 때 등으로 스케일이 쌓여 본래 목적대로 일사량을 집광하지 못하는 집광판을 종래에는 유리창을 손으로 닦는 정도의 청소형태를 일체형으로 자동화 한 구조를 공하기 위함이다.
약 40°경사 집광판의 과열을 방지하고 스케일을 제거하여 본래의 일사량을 손실없이 이용하고자 집광판위에는 살수장치(40)를 두어 적량의 물과 세제를 살수하고 양면에 C형 레일(80)을 부착 구동모터(20)에 의하여 세로형은 상하로 가로형은 좌우로 구동케 하였고 구동 대차(30)위에 양방향 탈부착이 용이한 브러시(60) 토막을 살수흐름이 용이하도록 한겹 또는 두겹으로 배치하여 세로형은 대차가 상하로 가로형은 좌우 이동시 자동 세척케 하였다.
또한 대차의 상하 좌우 운전은 중앙에 구동 감속모터(20)를 이용 체인(50)을 풀었다 감았다 하도록 리벳장치(70)를 하여 반복할 수 있는 배전반 조정을 PC 나 리모콘으로 원격 조정할 수 있는 구성이다.
집광판 유지 보호에 위험방지 및 경비절감의 본 고안 장치는 전자동화 구조로 본래 발전량을 유지케 하며 감소발전량을 방지케 함에 있다.
