Claims (15)
- LNG의 저장탱크에서 발생하는 증발증기(BOG)를 압축하는 BOG 압축부, 상기 BOG 압축부에 의해 압축된 BOG를 응축시키기 위한 응축기, 상기 응축기에 냉열을 공급하는 질소 사이클로 구성되어, 상기 응축기에 의하여 재액화된 BOG를 상기 저장탱크로 돌려보내는 LNG BOG 재액화 장치에 있어서,상기 BOG 압축부에 의하여 압축된 고압의 BOG와 상기 저장탱크로부터 발생된 극저온의 BOG를 열교환시켜 압축된 BOG를 냉각시켜 주기 위하여 BOG 공급라인에 형성된 자가 열교환기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 LNG BOG 재액화 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 BOG 압축부는, 저장탱크에서 발생된 BOG를 가압하기 위하여 가압 및 열교환 과정이 반복되도록 복수의 BOG 압축기와 복수의 중간냉각기가 연결되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 LNG BOG 재액화 장치.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 중간냉각기에서 BOG를 냉각시키는 작동유체로서는 담수나 해수를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 LNG BOG 재액화 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 응축기의 상류측에는 상기 응축기를 통과한 저온의 작동유체와의 열교환을 통하여 상기 응축기로 유입되는 BOG를 냉각하기 위한 제1 열교환기가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 LNG BOG 재액화 장치.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 4 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 질소 사이클은, 질소를 가압공급하기 위하여 가압 및 냉각과정이 반복되도록 복수의 작동유체 압축기와 중간 냉각기가 연결된 작동유체 압축부, 상기 작동유체 압축부에 의하여 압축된 상온 고압의 작동유체를 팽창시켜 극저온 상태로 변화시켜 주기 위한 팽창수단, 및 상기 팽창수단에 의하여 팽창된 극저온의 작동유체와 열교환시켜 BOG를 응축시켜 주기 위한 상기 응축기를 포함하며,상기 응축기의 하류측에는, 상기 응축기를 통과한 저온의 작동유체와의 열교환을 통하여 상기 응축기로 유입되는 BOG를 냉각시켜 주는 상기 제1 열교환기가 형성되고,상기 제1 열교환기와 상기 작동유체 압축부 사이에는, 상기 제1 열교환기를 통과한 저온의 작동유체와의 열교환을 통하여 상기 작동유체 압축부에서 압축되어 공급되는 상온 고압의 작동유체를 냉각시켜 주는 제2 열교환기가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 LNG BOG 재액화 장치.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,상기 자가 열교환기와 상기 제1 열교환기의 사이에는, 상기 제1 열교환기를 통과한 저온의 작동유체와의 열교환을 통하여 상기 제1 열교환기로 유입되는 BOG를 더욱 냉각시켜 주도록 쿨러가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 LNG BOG 재액화 장치.
- 청구항 6에 있어서,상기 쿨러는, 상기 제1 열교환기의 출구측 작동유체 순환라인에서 분기된 바이패스 배관 상에 형성되어 상기 제2 열교환기로 유입되는 작동유체의 일부 또는 전부가 통과하도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 LNG BOG 재액화 장치.
- 청구항 5에 있어서, 상기 팽창수단은 팽창밸브 또는 팽창터빈인 것을 특징으로 하는 LNG BOG 재액화 장치.
- 청구항 8에 있어서, 상기 팽창터빈에는 발전기가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 LNG BOG 재액화 장치.
- 청구항 5에 있어서, 상기 응축기, 상기 제1 열교환기 및 상기 제2 열교환기는 하나의 모듈로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 LNG BOG 재액화 장치.
- 청구항 10에 있어서,상기 모듈은 단열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 LNG BOG 재액화 장치.
- LNG의 저장탱크에서 발생하는 증발증기(BOG)를 압축하는 단계; 상기 압축된 BOG를 응축시키기 위한 냉열을 제공하기 위하여 작동유체인 질소가스를 가압냉각하고, 상기 가압냉각된 질소가스를 팽창시켜 극저온 질소가스를 생성하는 단계; 상기 극저온 질소가스와 열교환하여 상기 압축된 BOG의 적어도 일부를 응축시키는 단계; 및 상기 응축에 의하여 재액화된 BOG를 상기 저장탱크로 돌려보내는 단계로 이루어지는 LNG BOG 재액화 방법에 있어서,상기 BOG의 압축단계에서 압축된 고압의 BOG를 상기 저장탱크로부터 발생된 저온의 BOG와 열교환시켜 압축된 BOG를 냉각시켜 주는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 LNG BOG 재액화 방법.
- 청구항 12에 있어서,상기 BOG의 압축단계에서는, 복수의 BOG 압축기와 복수의 중간냉각기에 의해 상기 저장탱크에서 발생된 BOG를 반복하여 가압 및 열교환하는 것을 특징으로 하는 LNG BOG 재액화 방법.
- 청구항 12에 있어서,상기 극저온 질소가스를 생성하는 단계는, 질소가스를 압축하여 고압으로 하는 단계, 상기 고압의 질소가 제2 질소 열교환기에서 저온부 질소와의 열교환을 통하여 저온 상태로 냉각되는 단계, 계속해서 상기 질소가 제1 질소 열교환기에서 저 온부 질소와의 열교환을 통하여 저온 상태로 더욱 냉각되는 단계, 상기 고압 질소가 팽창수단을 지나면서 저온 저압 가스로 변하는 단계, 상기 저온 저압 질소가 응축기에서 BOG 재액화를 수행한 후 저온의 질소가스로 가열되는 단계, 상기 저온의 질소가스가 제1 열교환기를 통과하면서 가열되는 단계, 계속해서 상기 저온의 질소가스가 제2 열교환기를 통과하면서 더욱 가열되는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 LNG BOG 재액화 방법.
- 청구항 14에 있어서,상기 제1 열교환기로 유입되는 BOG를 더욱 냉각시킬 수 있도록 상기 제1 열교환기를 통과한 상기 저온부 질소가스의 일부 혹은 전부와 상기 제1 열교환기로 유입되는 BOG를 쿨러에서 열교환시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 LNG BOG 재액화 방법.
