Claims (10)
- 인젝터 하우징, 인젝터 하우징에 배치된 밸브 부재, 인젝터의 고압 영역과 저압 영역 사이의 밀봉부로서 사용되는 밀봉링 및, 상기 밀봉링과 함께, 인젝터 하우징과 밸브 부재 사이의 환형 챔버 내에 배치되며 밀봉링을 지지하기 위해 사용되고 밀봉링 반대편 그 하부면에, 원주 방향으로 간격을 갖고 배치된 복수의 릴리프 그루브들을, 그 외부 원주 에지에, 원주 방향으로 간격을 갖고 배치된 복수의 리세스들을 구비한 지지링(24)을 포함하는, 엔진의 커먼-레일-분사 시스템용 인젝터에 있어서,상기 릴리프 그루브들(36)과 리세스들(34)이 원주 방향으로 오프셋되어 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인젝터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 각각 하나의 리세스(34)가 원주 방향으로 인접한 2개의 릴리프 그루브들(36) 사이에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인젝터.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 리세스(34)가 인접한 릴리프 그루브들(36) 사이에서 중앙에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인젝터.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 각각 하나의 릴리프 그루브(36)가 원주 방향으로 인접한 2개의 리세스들(34) 사이에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인젝터.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 릴리프 그루브(36)가 인접한 리세스들(34) 사이에서 중앙에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인젝터.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 리세스들(34)과 릴리프 그루브들(36)은 각각 동일한 각 간격으로 서로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인젝터.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 지지링이 4개의 릴리프 그루브들(36)과 4개의 리세스들(34)을 포함하며, 리세스들(34)은 릴리프 그루브들(36)로부터 45도의 간격으로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인젝터.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 지지링(24)이 실질적으로 축방향 지지링 부품(26)과 실질적으로 반경 방향 지지링 부품(30)으로 구성되며, 밀봉링(22) 반대편 그 하부면에 릴리프 그루브들(36)이, 그 외부 원주 에지(28)에는 리세스들(34)이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인젝터.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 지지링(24)이 인젝터 하우징(4)의 환형 숄더(14)에 지지되며, 환형 숄더의 횡단면 형태는, 환형 숄더(14) 상부에서 지지링의 외부 원주 에지(28)가 리세스들(34) 사이에서 실질적으로 인젝터 하우징(4)에 대해 밀봉되게 접하며 릴리프 그루브들(36) 사이에서 그 하부면의 부품(42)이 환형 숄더(14)에 대해서 밀봉되게 접하도록, 지지링(24)의 횡단면 형태에 맞게 조정되며, 밀봉되게 접한 부품들(42)은 밸브 부재(8)를 향하고, 지지링(24)의 전체 폭에 걸쳐서 연장되지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 인젝터.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 적어도 하나의 인젝터(2)를 특징으로 하는 커먼-레일-분사 시스템.
