Description
Claims (12)
- 데이터 패킷 스트림을 보증하기 위한 방법으로서, 상기 방법은:- 전송될 패킷을 D개의 행과 L개의 열로 이루어진 행렬로 배열하는 단계와;- 상기 행렬의 각 행과 각 열에, 에러 정정 함수를 적용하는 단계로서, 이 단계의 결과는 정정 패킷인, 에러 정정 함수의 정정 단계와,- 상기 데이터 패킷에 추가하여 상기 초래되는 정정 패킷을 전송하는 단계를 포함하는, 데이터 패킷 스트림을 보증하기 위한 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 정정 함수는 상기 정정 함수를 추가적인 정정 패킷을 생성하는 행렬의 각 열에 적용하여 초래되는 정정 패킷에 의해 형성되는 행에 또한 적용되는, 데이터 패킷 스트림을 보증하기 위한 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 정정 함수는 상기 정정 함수를 추가적인 정정 패킷을 생성하는 행렬의 각 행에 적용하여 초래되는 정정 패킷에 의해 형성되는 열에 또한 적용되는, 데이터 패킷 스트림을 보증하기 위한 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 정정 패킷의 헤더는, 상기 정정 패킷이 이 행렬의 행 또는 열에서 계산이 수행되었는지를 구별하기 위한 하나의 필드를 포함하는, 데이터 패킷 스트림을 보증하기 위한 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 정정 패킷은 상기 데이터 패킷과 동일한 스트림에서 전송되는, 데이터 패킷 스트림을 보증하기 위한 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 정정 패킷은 상기 데이터 패킷을 운반하는 스트림과는 다른 스트림에서 전송되는, 데이터 패킷 스트림을 보증하기 위한 방법.
- 데이터 패킷 스트림에서 손실된 패킷을 재건하기 위한 방법으로서,- D개의 행과 L개의 열로 이루어진 행렬로 수신된 패킷을 시퀀스 번호를 고려하면서 배열하는 단계와;- 최소 하나의 손실된 패킷을 포함하는 상기 행렬의 각 행과 각 열에, 이 행 또는 열에 대응하는 수신된 패킷과 정정 패킷을 사용해서 손실된 패킷을 재건하기 위한 함수를 적용하는 단계를 포함하는, 데이터 패킷 스트림에서 손실된 패킷을 재건하기 위한 방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 재건 함수는 이 목적을 위해 생성된 추가적인 정정 패킷을 사용해서 정정 패킷의 행 또는 열에 또한 적용될 수 있는, 데이터 패킷 스트림에서 손실된 패킷을 재건하기 위한 방법
- 계산 수단을 포함하는 네트워크를 통해 데이터 패킷 스트림을 전송하기 위한 전송기 디바이스로서,상기 계산 수단은 정정 함수를 일단의 데이터 패킷에 적용함으로써 정정 패킷을 생성하고,상기 디바이스는 데이터 패킷에 의해 형성된 행렬의 행과 열에 상기 함수를 적용하기 위한 수단을 포함하는, 데이터 패킷 스트림을 전송하기 위한 전송기 디바이스.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 상기 함수를 적용하는 수단은 제 1항 내지 제 6항 중의 어느 한 항에서 설명된 방법에 따라서 상기 함수를 적용하는, 데이터 패킷 스트림을 전송하기 위한 전송기 디바이스.
- 손실된 패킷을 수신된 데이터 패킷과 정정 패킷의 함수로서 계산하기 위한 수단을 포함하는, 네트워크를 통해 데이터 패킷 스트림을 수신하기 위한 수신기 디바이스로서,상기 디바이스는 이 계산 수단을 이 스트림의 데이터 패킷 행렬의 행과 열에, 그리고 이 행과 이 열에 대응하는 정정 패킷에 적용하기 위한 수단을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 데이터 패킷 스트림을 수신하기 위한 수신기 디바이스.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 상기 정정 패킷은 제 7항 및 제 8항에서 설명된 방법 중의 하나에 따라 생성되는, 데이터 패킷 스트림을 수신하기 위한 수신기 디바이스.
