Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- 무수물 캡핑제와 캡핑되지 않은 폴리(아릴렌 에터)의 반응에 의해 제조된 캡핑된 폴리(아릴렌 에터); 및올레핀계 불포화 단량체를 포함하며,경화 후 85℃ 및 85% 상대 습도에서 7일 후 물을 1중량% 미만으로 흡수하는 경화성 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,조성물이 무수물 캡핑제의 가수분해로 수득된 유리산을 캡핑된 폴리(아릴렌 에터)의 중량을 기준으로 1중량% 미만으로 포함하는 경화성 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,무수물 캡핑제와 캡핑되지 않은 폴리(아릴렌 에터)의 반응이 유기 아민 촉매의 존재하에서 수행되고, 조성물이 캡핑된 폴리(아릴렌 에터)의 중량을 기준으로 유기 아민 촉매를 1,000ppm 미만으로 포함하는 경화성 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,캡핑된 폴리(아릴렌 에터)가 하기의 화학식 I의 구조를 갖는 경화성 조성물:화학식 IQ(J-K)y상기 식에서,Q는 1가, 2가 또는 다가 페놀의 잔기이고;y는 1 내지 100이고;J는 화학식 II의 반복 구조 단위를 포함하고:화학식 II(상기 식에서,R1 및 R3은 서로 독립적으로 수소, 할로겐, 일차 또는 이차 C1-C12 알킬, C2-C12 알켄일, C2-C12 알카이닐, C1-C12 아미노알킬, C1-C12 하이드록시알킬, 페닐, C1-C12 할로알킬, C1-C12 하이드로카빌옥시, 및 두 개 이상의 탄소 원자가 할로겐 및 산소 원자를 분리시키는 C2-C12 할로하이드로카빌옥시로부터 선택되고;R2 및 R4는 서로 독립적으로 할로겐, 일차 또는 이차 C1-C12 알킬, C2-C12 알켄일, C2- C12 알카이닐, C1-C12 아미노알킬, C1-C12 하이드록시알킬, 페닐, C1-C12 할로알킬, C1-C12 하이드로카빌옥시, 두 개 이상의 탄소 원자가 할로겐 및 산소 원자를 분리시키는 C2-C12 할로하이드로카빌옥시로부터 선택되고;m은 1 내지 약 200이다); 및K는 화학식 V 내지 VII의 화합물로부터 선택된 캡핑기이다:화학식 V화학식 VI화학식 VII(상기 식들에서,R5는 1개 또는 2개의 카복실산기로 선택적으로 치환된 C1-C12 하이드로카빌이고;R6 내지 R8은 서로 독립적으로 수소, C1-C18 하이드로카빌, C2-C18 하이드로카빌옥시카본일, 나이트릴, 폼일, 카복실산, 이미데이트 및 티오카복실산으로부터 선택되고; 및R9 내지 R13은 서로 독립적으로 수소, 할로겐, C1-C12 알킬, 하이드록시, 아미노 및 카복실산으로부터 선택된다)
- 제 1 항에 있어서,무수물 캡핑제가 하기의 화학식 VIII의 구조를 갖는 경화성 조성물:화학식 VIII상기 식에서,각각의 Y는 서로 독립적으로 화학식 IX 내지 XI의 화합물로부터 선택된다:화학식 IX화학식 X화학식 XI(상기 식들에서,R5는 1개 또는 2개의 카복실산기로 선택적으로 치환된 C1-C12 하이드로카빌이고;R6 내지 R8은 서로 독립적으로 수소, 1개 또는 2개의 카르복실산기로 선택적으로 치환된 C1-C18 하이드로카빌, C2-C18 하이드로카빌옥시카본일, 나이트릴, 폼일, 카복실산, 이미데이트, 또는 티오카복실산이고; 및R9 내지 R13은 서로 독립적으로 수소, 할로겐, C1-C12 알킬, 하이드록시, 아미노, 또는 카복실산이다)
- 제 1 항에 있어서,캡핑된 폴리(아릴렌 에터)를 제조하는 단계가, 안티솔벤트로부터 캡핑된 폴리(아릴렌 에터)를 침전시키는 것을 포함하는 경화성 조성물.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,안티솔벤트가 아이소프로판올을 포함하는 경화성 조성물.
- 제 1 항의 경화성 조성물을 경화시켜 수득한 반응 생성물을 포함하는 경화된 조성물.
- 제 8 항의 경화된 조성물을 포함하는 제품.
- 무수물 캡핑제와 캡핑되지 않은 폴리(아릴렌 에터)의 반응에 의해 제조되고, C2-C6 알칸올로의 침전에 의해 단리되는 캡핑된 폴리(아릴렌 에터); 및 올레핀계 불포화 단량체를 혼합하여 경화성 조성물을 형성하는 것을 포함하고;경화 후 상기 조성물이 85℃ 내지 85% 상대 습도에서 물을 1중량% 미만으로 흡수하는경화성 조성물의 제조 방법.
