Claims (8)
- 납축전지에 사용하기에 적합한 탄성 플라스틱 분리기로서, 상기 분리기는 내부 영역과 두 개의 에지 영역을 포함하는 판형 재료로 이루어지고, 상기 재료는 적어도 한 측면에 종방향으로 연장된 리브들을 구비하고, 상기 내부 영역에 연장된 리브들은 상기 에지 영역에 연장된 리브들보다 큰 간격을 갖는 분리기에 있어서,상기 내부 영역에 인접하는 상기 에지 영역 내의 적어도 제 1 리브들(3)은 판형 재료로부터 돌출하는 삼각형 형태의 횡단면을 갖고, 상기 삼각형은 판형 재료상의 베이스 측면, 상기 내부 영역을 향해 배치된 레그 및 상기 에지를 향해 배치된 레그를 구비하고, 상기 내부 영역을 향해 배치된 레그는 상기 에지를 향해 배치된 레그보다 긴 것을 특징으로 하는 납축전지용 분리기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 내부 영역을 향해 배치된 레그는 상기 에지를 향해 배치된 레그보다 1.5 내지 15배 긴 것을 특징으로 하는 납축전지용 분리기.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 내부 영역을 향해 배치된 레그는 상기 베이스 측면과 5°내지 40°의 각도를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 납축전지용 분리기.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 내부 영역을 향해 배치 된 레그는 상기 에지를 향해 배치된 레그와 75 °내지 115°의 각도를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 납축전지용 분리기.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 판형 재료는 0.05 내지 0.35 mm의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 납축전지용 분리기.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 에지 영역 내의 모든 리브들은 동일한 횡단면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 납축전지용 분리기.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 에지 영역에서 1 cm 당 3 내지 30 개의 리브들이 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 납축전지용 분리기.
- 서로 평행하게 배치된 다수의 전극을 포함하며, 인접한 전극들은 반대 극성을 갖고, 적어도 하나의 극성의 전극은 포켓으로 접혀진, 에지에 에지 영역이 결합된, 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 분리기에 삽입되는 납축전지.
