Claims (8)
- 납축전지에 사용하는데 적합한 탄성 플라스틱 분리기로서, 상기 분리기는 내부 영역과 두 개의 주변 영역을 포함하는 판형 재료로 이루어지고, 적어도 한 측면에 길이 방향으로 연장된 리브들을 구비하고, 상기 내부 영역에 연장된 리브들은 상기 주변 영역에 연장된 리브들보다 서로 더 큰 간격을 갖는 분리기에 있어서,적어도 상기 내부 영역에 인접하는 상기 주변 영역 내의 처음 3개의 리브들은 판형 재료로부터 돌출하는 삼각형 형태의 횡단면을 갖고, 상기 삼각형은 판형 재료 상에 밑변, 상기 내부 영역을 향해 배치된 레그 및 상기 주변을 향해 배치된 레그를 가지며, 상기 내부 영역을 향해 배치된 레그는 상기 주변을 향해 배치된 레그보다 긴 것을 특징으로 하는 납축전지용 분리기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 내부 영역을 향해 배치된 레그는 상기 주변을 향해 배치된 레그보다 1.5 내지 15배 긴 것을 특징으로 하는 납축전지용 분리기.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 내부 영역을 향해 배치된 레그는 상기 밑변과 5°내지 40°의 각도를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 납축전지용 분리기.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 내부 영역을 향해 배치된 레그는 상기 주변을 향해 배치된 레그와 75 °내지 115°의 각도를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 납축전지용 분리기.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 판형 재료는 0.05 내지 0.35 mm의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 납축전지용 분리기.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 주변 영역 내의 모든 리브들은 동일한 횡단면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 납축전지용 분리기.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 주변 영역에서 1 cm 당 3 내지 30 개의 리브들이 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 납축전지용 분리기.
- 서로 평행하게 배치된 다수의 전극을 포함하며, 인접한 전극들은 반대 극성을 갖고, 적어도 하나의 극성의 전극들은 포켓으로 접혀져서, 주변 영역의 에지에서 결합된, 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 따른 분리기 내에 삽입되는 납축전지.
