Description
Claims (8)
- 鉛蓄電池内で使用するために適した、弾性的なプラスチックから成るセパレータであって、該セパレータが、1つの内側領域と、2つの縁部領域とを備えたシート状の材料から成っており、該材料が、少なくとも1つの側に縦方向に延びるリブを有しており、前記内側領域内に延びるリブが、縁部領域内に延びるリブよりも互いに大きい間隔を有している形式のものにおいて、内側領域に隣接する、縁部領域の少なくとも最初の3つのリブが、シート状の材料から突出した基本的に三角形の形の横断面を有しており、この三角形の底辺が、シート状の材料に設けられており、かつ内側領域へ向かって配置された脚部と縁部領域へ向かって配置された脚部とが設けられており、内側領域へ向かって配置された脚部が、縁部へ向かって配置された脚部よりも長いことを特徴とする、鉛蓄電池で使用するために適したセパレータ。
- 内側領域へ向かって配置された脚部が、縁部へ向かって配置された脚部よりも1.5〜15倍までの長さである、請求項1記載のセパレータ。
- 内側領域へ向かって配置された脚部と、底辺とが、5°〜40°までの角度をなしている、請求項1又は2記載のセパレータ。
- 内側領域へ向かって配置された脚部と縁部へ向かって配置された脚部とが、75°〜115°までの角度をなしている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のセパレータ。
- シート状の材料が、0.05〜0.35mmまでの厚さを有している、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のセパレータ。
- 縁部領域の全てのリブが、等しい横断面を有している、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のセパレータ。
- 1cmにつき3〜30個のリブが、縁部領域内に配置されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のセパレータ。
- 鉛蓄電池であって、該鉛蓄電池が、互いに平行に配置された複数の電極を有しており、隣接した電極が逆の極性を有しており、少なくとも1つの極性の電極が、ポケットの形に折り畳まれ縁部領域の縁部で結合された、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のそれぞれ1つのセパレータ内に挿入されていることを特徴とする、鉛蓄電池。
