Claims (4)
- 전통적인 금속 용융 공정에서 용융 물질로서 사용하기에 부적합하거나 심지어 사용할 수 없는, 매우 높은 유기적 구성성분의 함량을 가지는 재생 물질을 함유하는 유용한 금속의 배치방식의 작업 공정에서, 여기서 상기 물질은 충전 및 배출을 위한 공통의 개구를 가지는 반응기의 종축을 따라 회전가능한 기울일 수 있는 반응기에 충전되고, 상기 물질은 열분해 및/또는 연소에 의하여 유기적 구성성분의 배출을 촉진하는 온도로 가열되어, 이에 의하여 상기 물질은 작업하는 동안 연속적인 충전을 허용하는 크기의 분리물의 적어도 본질적인 부분을 구성하는 공정에 있어서, 작업하는 동안 상기 물질은 연소가능한 기체의 유동 및 조성 그리고 열 방출 공정이 제어하에 유지되도록 하기 위하여, 상이한 공정 변수의 측정 수행에 의하여 제어되고 및/또는 조정되는 조정가능한 흐름으로 연속적으로 충전되며, 그 결과 실질적으로 유기적 물질이 없는 작업된 산물은 상기 반응기로부터 제거되고 전통적인 금속 용융 공정에 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 물질은 작업하는 동안 상기 반응기의 하나의 개구를 통하여 또는 하나의 개구에 대하여 제공된 충전 장치를 사용하여 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 물질은 중력 및/또는 기압식 수송 기체 (pneumatic transport gas)에 의하여 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제 1항 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 기체 조성, 온도 및 기체 유동의 하나 이상의 공정 변수가 상기 제어에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
