Claims (8)
- 코일이 권선된 스테이터와;상기 스테이터와 대응된 위치에서 잔류자속밀도 또는 에너지가 서로 다른 재질의 마그네트가 배열된 로터를 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 영구자석형 모터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 모터는 상기 로터가 상기 스테이터의 내부에 위치된 내전형 모터인 것을 특징으로 하는 영구자석형 모터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 서로 다른 재질의 마그네트는 1극을 형성하는 영역 내에 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 영구자석형 모터.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 1극 자극의 중심에 에너지가 큰 마그네트를 배치하고, 그 양단에 상대적으로 에너지가 작은 마그네트를 배치한 것을 특징으로 하는 영구자석형 모터.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 에너지가 큰 마그네트는 상기 에너지가 작은 마그네트보다 두께가 동일하거나 더 얇게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 영구자석형 모터.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 에너지가 큰 마그네트는 희토류 자석이고, 상기 에너지가 작은 마그네트는 페라이트 마그네트 또는 세라믹 마그네트인 것을 특징으로 하는 영구자석형 모터.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 에너지가 작은 마그네트는 물리적으로 1개의 마그네트 조각으로 이루어지며, 착자에 의하여 N,S극을 형성시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 영구자석형 모터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 로터는 백요크를 구성하는 부분이 스파이어럴(Spiral) 공법으로 제작되 어 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 영구자석형 모터.
