Claims (5)
- 제어신호에 응답하여 전압 레벨이 조절된 복수의 감마탭전압을 생성하는 제1 내지 제N 감마탭전압 생성부;상기 제1 내지 제N 감마탭전압 생성부의 연결노드에 걸린 전압을 래치하여 출력하기 위한 제1 내지 제M 래치; 및상기 제1 내지 제M 래치의 출력노드 사이에 직렬로 연결된 저항을 통해 복수의 감마레퍼런스전압을 생성하기 위한 감마레퍼런스전압 생성부를 포함하는 액정표시장치의 소스드라이버.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 내지 제N 감마탭전압 생성부는 제1 전원전압과 제2 전원전압 사이에 직렬로 배치되며, 각 연결노드에 걸린전압을 상기 감마탭전압으로 출력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 소스드라이버.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 M+1번째 감마탭전압 생성부는M번째 감마탭전압생성부의 출력노드에 병렬로 연결된 복수의 저항과, 상기 복수의 저항의 다른 노드와 자신의 출력노드 사이에 각각 연결된 복수의 스위치를 구비하되, 상기 복수의 스위치는 상기 제어신호에 제어받아 상기 자신의 출력노드를 통해 상기 M번째 감마탭전압을 출력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 소스드라이버.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 N개의 감마탭전압 생성부는,액티브신호에 액티브되어 상기 감마탭전압을 생성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 소스드라이버.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 감마탭전압생성부는,상기 액티브신호에 응답하여 턴온되어 상기 첫번째 감마탭전압생성부에 제1 전원전압을 공급하기 위한 제1 스위치와,상기 반전된 액티브신호에 응답하여 턴온되어 상기 N번째 감마탭전압 생성부에 제2 전원전압을 공급하기 위한 제2 스위치를 구비하는 액정표시장치의 소스드라이버.
