Claims (3)
- 자동변속기용 유압제어시스템에 적용되어 솔레노이드 밸브의 듀티제어에 의해 작동유체의 압력을 제어하여 각 클러치로 공급하도록 다수개의 포트를 갖는 밸브바디와 그 내부에서 각 포트로부터 공급되는 작동유체에 의해 슬라이딩되어 각 포트로 연결되는 유로를 전환하는 다수개의 랜드로 구성되는 밸브스풀을 포함하는 자동변속기용 압력제어밸브에 있어서,상기 밸브바디의 일측 끝단에 장착되는 플러그와, 이에 대응하여 접촉되는 밸브스풀의 일측 랜드 중, 적어도 하나의 접촉단면 상에, 상호 마찰면적을 줄여 유체에 의한 정마찰력을 최소화하도록 마찰력 저감수단을 형성하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기용 압력제어밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 마찰력 저감수단은다수개의 요홈부로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기용 압력제어밸브.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 요홈부는원형링 형상을 갖는 밸브스풀의 제3랜드 외측 단면을 따라 일정 간격으로 각각 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기용 압력제어밸브.
