Claims (6)
- 단말기(UE)와 다수의 섹터를 가지는 기지국(Node-B)을 포함하는 이동통신 시스템에서, 소프터 핸드오버시에 적용되는 패킷 전송 성공 여부 전송 방법에 있어서,상기 기지국이 상기 단말기로부터 패킷을 수신하되, 적어도 하나의 섹터를 통해 수신하는 단계;상기 수신된 패킷을 디코딩 하는 단계;상기 디코딩 결과에 따라 전송 성공 여부를 판정하는 단계; 및상기 판정 결과에 따라 전송성공(ACK) 혹은 전송실패(NACK) 신호를 상기 단말기에 전송하되, 특정한 하나의 섹터를 통해서 전송하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 패킷 전송 성공 여부 전송 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 수신된 패킷을 디코딩 하는 단계는,상기 적어도 하나의 섹터를 통해 수신된 동일한 패킷을 최대 비율 결합(maximum ratio combining; MRC)을 수행한 후 디코딩 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 패킷 전송 성공 여부 전송 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 전송성공(ACK) 혹은 전송실패(NACK) 신호는, 물리 계층 시그널링 (physical layer signaling)으로 전송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 패킷 성공 여부 전송 방법.
- 혼합 재전송 요구(HARQ; Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request)가 적용되는 상향 링크 패킷 데이터 전송에서, 소프터 핸드오버시에 적용되는 패킷 전송 성공 여부 전송 방법에 있어서,기지국이 단말기로부터 패킷을 수신하되, 적어도 하나의 섹터를 통해 동일한 패킷을 수신하는 단계;상기 수신된 패킷을 디코딩 하는 단계;상기 디코딩 결과에 따라 전송 성공 여부를 판정하는 단계; 및상기 판정 결과에 따라 전송성공(ACK) 혹은 전송실패(NACK) 신호를 상기 단말기에 전송하되, 상기 동일한 패킷을 수신한 모든 섹터를 통해 공통의 전송성공(ACK) 혹은 전송실패(NACK) 신호를 전송하는 단계를 포함하는 패킷 전송 성공 여부 전송 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 수신된 패킷을 디코딩 하는 단계는,상기 적어도 하나의 섹터를 통해 수신된 동일한 패킷을 최대 비율 결합(maximum ratio combining; MRC)을 수행한 후 디코딩 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 패킷 전송 성공 여부 전송 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 전송성공(ACK) 혹은 전송실패(NACK) 신호는, 물리 계층 시그널링 (physical layer signaling)으로 전송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 패킷 성공 여부 전송 방법.
