Description
Claims (7)
- 단말기가 하나의 기지국과 통신하거나 상기 기지국을 포함한 복수의 기지국과 통신하는 무선 통신 시스템에서, 상기 기지국이 물리 계층 시그널링(physical layer signaling)을 통해 전송 성공 여부 신호를 전송하는 혼합 재전송 요구(HARQ; Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request)에 관한 피드백 정보를 상기 단말기에 전송함에 있어서,(a) 상기 단말기로부터 패킷 데이터를 수신하는 단계; 및(b) 상기 패킷 데이터의 상기 기지국으로의 전송 성공 여부를 판단하는 단계;(c) 상기 단말기가 상기 기지국에 속한 복수 섹터를 통해 상기 기지국과 통신하면, 상기 판단 결과에 따라 상기 패킷 데이터의 전송 성공을 나타내는 ACK 정보 및 상기 패킷 데이터의 전송 실패를 나타내는 NACK 정보 중 하나를 나타내는 동일 ACK/NACK 신호를 상기 복수 섹터 각각을 통해 전송하는 단계를 포함하고,상기 단말기가 상기 기지국을 포함한 복수의 기지국과 통신하면, 상기 판단결과에 따른 적어도 하나의 상기 동일 ACK/NACK 신호를 상기 단말기에 전송하는 단계를 포함하는,전송 성공 여부 정보 전송 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 판단 결과를 상위 계층으로 전달하는 단계를 더 포함하는,전송 성공 여부 정보 전송 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 패킷 데이터를 강화 상향링크 전용 채널(Enhanced uplink dedicated channel; E-DCH)를 통해 수신하는,전송 성공 여부 정보 전송 방법.
- 물리 계층 시그널링(physical layer signaling)을 통해 전송 성공 여부 신호를 전송하는 혼합 재전송 요구(HARQ; Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request) 시스템의 단말기에 있어서,(a) 하나 또는 복수의 기지국에 패킷 데이터를 전송하는 단계; 및(b) 상기 하나 또는 복수의 기지국으로부터, 각 ACK/NACK 신호가 해당 기지국에서 판단된 상기 해당 기지국으로의 상기 패킷 데이터의 전송 성공을 나타내는 ACK 정보 및 상기 패킷 데이터의 전송 실패를 나타내는 NACK 정보 중 하나를 지시하는, 둘 이상의 ACK/NACK 신호를 수신하는 단계;(c) 상기 둘 이상의 ACK/NACK 신호가 서로 다른 기지국으로부터 전송된 신호이면 상기 둘 이상의 ACK/NACK 신호를 결합하지 않고 상기 둘 이상의 ACK/NACK 신호가 상기 ACK 정보를 지시하는지 아니면 상기 NACK 정보를 지시하는지 각각 검출하고, 상기 둘 이상의 ACK/NACK 신호가 상기 하나의 기지국으로부터 전송된 신호이면 상기 둘 이상의 ACK/NACK 신호를 결합하여 상기 결합된 ACK/NACK 신호가 상기 ACK 정보를 지시하는지 아니면 상기 NACK 정보를 지시하는지 검출하는 단계를 포함하는,전송 성공 여부 검출 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 패킷 데이터는 강화 상향링크 전용 채널(Enhanced uplink dedicated channel; E-DCH)를 통해 전송되는,전송 성공 여부 검출 방법.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서,상기 둘 이상의 ACK/NACK 신호가 상기 하나의 기지국으로부터 전송된 신호이면, 상기 둘 이상의 ACK/NACK 신호를 상기 하나의 기지국에 속한 서로 다른 섹터를 통해 수신하는,전송 성공 여부 검출 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 결합된 ACK/NACK 신호를 디코딩하는 단계를 포함하는,전송 성공 여부 검출 방법.
