Claims (17)
- 移動端末が移動通信システムにおいてHARQ(Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request)フィードバック情報を処理する方法であって、前記移動端末は、1つまたは複数の基地局と通信し、
前記方法は、
(a)前記移動端末から前記1つまたは複数の基地局にパケットデータを転送するステップと、
(b)前記移動端末において前記1つまたは複数の基地局から2つ以上のACK/NACK信号を受信するステップであって、前記2つ以上のACK/NACK信号の各々は、対応する基地局において決定される、前記対応する基地局への前記パケットデータの転送の成功を表すACK情報と、前記対応する基地局への前記パケットデータの転送の失敗を表すNACK情報とのうちの1つを示す、ステップと、
(c)互いに異なった基地局から別々に転送された前記2つ以上のACK/NACK信号を前記移動端末が受信する場合に、前記2つ以上のACK/NACK信号を結合せずに、前記2つ以上のACK/NACK信号の各々が前記ACK情報を示すのか、前記NACK情報を示すのかを検出し、前記1つの基地局の2つ以上のセクターから別々に転送された共通のACK/NACK信号としての前記2つ以上のACK/NACK信号を前記移動端末が受信する場合に、前記2つ以上のACK/NACK信号を結合することにより、結合されたACK/NACK信号を生成し、前記結合されたACK/NACK信号が前記ACK情報を示すのか、前記NACK情報を示すのかを検出するステップと
を包含する、方法。 - 前記パケットデータは、E−DCH(enhanced dedicated channel)を通じて転送される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記2つ以上のACK/NACK信号は、E−DCH(enhanced dedicated channel)の転送時間間隔の間に受信される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記2つ以上のACK/NACK信号は、上位階層に報知せずに、物理階層シグナリングを利用することによって、前記1つまたは複数の基地局から前記移動端末に転送される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記結合されたACK/NACK信号は、前記2つ以上のACK/NACK信号のうち、最大の信号対雑音比を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記結合されたACK/NACK信号は、前記2つ以上のACK/NACK信号に最大比率結合を行って得られる、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記(c)のステップは、前記(c)のステップの結果に従って前記ACK情報と前記NACK情報とのうちの1つを上位階層に伝達することを包含する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記移動端末は、互いに異なった基地局に属する2つ以上のセルを通じて前記異なった基地局から前記2つ以上のACK/NACK信号を受信するか、前記1つの基地局に属する2つ以上のセクターを通じて前記1つの基地局から前記2つ以上のACK/NACK信号を受信する、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記(c)のステップは、
互いに異なった基地局に属する2つ以上の基地局に属する2つ以上のセルを通じて別々に転送された前記2つ以上のACK/NACK信号を前記移動端末が受信する場合に、物理階層において前記2つ以上のACK/NACK信号を別々にデコーディングすることと、
前記1つの基地局の2つ以上のセクターから別々に転送された共通のACK/NACK信号としての前記2つ以上のACK/NACK信号を前記移動端末が受信する場合に、前記物理階層において前記結合されたACK/NACK信号をデコーディングすることと
を包含し、
前記(c)のステップは、前記デコーディングの結果に基づいて、前記2つ以上のACK/NACK信号または前記結合されたACK/NACK信号の各々が前記ACK情報を示すのか、前記NACK情報を示すのかを決定する、請求項8に記載の方法。 - 移動通信システムにおいてHARQ(Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request)フィードバック情報を処理する移動端末であって、前記移動端末は、1つまたは複数の基地局と通信し、
前記移動端末は、
前記1つまたは複数の基地局にパケットデータを転送するように構成された転送器と、
前記1つまたは複数の基地局から2つ以上のACK/NACK信号を受信するように構成された受信器であって、前記2つ以上のACK/NACK信号の各々は、対応する基地局において決定される、前記対応する基地局への前記パケットデータの転送の成功を表すACK情報と、前記対応する基地局への前記パケットデータの転送の失敗を表すNACK情報とのうちの1つを示す、受信器と、
互いに異なった基地局から別々に転送された前記2つ以上のACK/NACK信号を前記移動端末が受信する場合に、前記2つ以上のACK/NACK信号を結合せずに、前記2つ以上のACK/NACK信号の各々をデコーディングするように構成されたデコーダーであって、前記デコーダーは、前記1つの基地局の2つ以上のセクターから別々に転送された共通のACK/NACK信号としての前記2つ以上のACK/NACK信号を前記移動端末が受信する場合に、前記2つ以上のACK/NACK信号を結合することにより、結合されたACK/NACK信号を生成し、前記結合されたACK/NACK信号をデコーディングするように構成される、デコーダーと、
前記デコーディングの結果に従って、前記パケットデータの転送が成功したか否かを決定するように構成された制御器と
を含む、移動端末。 - 前記転送器は、E−DCH(enhanced dedicated channel)を通じて前記1つまたは複数の基地局に前記パケットデータを転送するように構成され、前記受信器は、E−DCH(enhanced dedicated channel)の転送時間間隔の間に前記1つまたは複数の基地局から前記2つ以上のACK/NACK信号を受信するように構成される、請求項10に記載の移動端末。
- 前記2つ以上のACK/NACK信号は、上位階層に報知せずに、物理階層シグナリングを利用することによって、前記1つまたは複数の基地局から前記移動端末に転送される、請求項10に記載の移動端末。
- 前記結合されたACK/NACK信号は、前記2つ以上のACK/NACK信号に最大比率結合を行って得られる、請求項10に記載の移動端末。
- 前記デコーダーは、前記デコーディングの結果に従って前記ACK情報と前記NACK情報とのうちの1つを上位階層に伝達するように構成される、請求項10〜13のいずれか一項に記載の移動端末。
- 前記受信器は、互いに異なった基地局に属する2つ以上のセルを通じて前記異なった基地局から前記2つ以上のACK/NACK信号を受信するか、前記1つの基地局に属する2つ以上のセクターを通じて前記1つの基地局から前記2つ以上のACK/NACK信号を受信する、請求項14に記載の移動端末。
- 前記デコーダーは、物理階層において前記2つ以上のACK/NACK信号または前記結合されたACK/NACK信号の各々をデコーディングするように構成される、請求項15に記載の移動端末。
- 移動通信システムにおいてHARQ(Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request)フィードバック情報を処理することを移動端末に実行させるためのプログラムであって、前記移動端末は、1つまたは複数の基地局と通信し、
前記プログラムは、
(a)前記移動端末から前記1つまたは複数の基地局にパケットデータを転送するステップと、
(b)前記移動端末において前記1つまたは複数の基地局から2つ以上のACK/NACK信号を受信するステップであって、前記2つ以上のACK/NACK信号の各々は、対応する基地局において決定される、前記対応する基地局への前記パケットデータの転送の成功を表すACK情報と、前記対応する基地局への前記パケットデータの転送の失敗を表すNACK情報とのうちの1つを示す、ステップと、
(c)互いに異なった基地局から別々に転送された前記2つ以上のACK/NACK信号を前記移動端末が受信する場合に、前記2つ以上のACK/NACK信号を結合せずに、前記2つ以上のACK/NACK信号の各々が前記ACK情報を示すのか、前記NACK情報を示すのかを検出し、前記1つの基地局の2つ以上のセクターから別々に転送された共通のACK/NACK信号としての前記2つ以上のACK/NACK信号を前記移動端末が受信する場合に、前記2つ以上のACK/NACK信号を結合することにより、結合されたACK/NACK信号を生成し、前記結合されたACK/NACK信号が前記ACK情報を示すのか、前記NACK情報を示すのかを検出するステップと
を実行させるようにプログラムされている、プログラム。
