Claims (6)
- 하수 또는 폐수중에 함유된 부유물을 제거하여 상등수를 생산하는 응집부;활성탄을 이용하여 상기 상등수에 함유된 유기물을 제거함으로써 활성탄 처리수를 생산하는 활성탄 처리부;중공사 모듈을 이용하여 상기 활성탄 처리수를 정밀 여과함으로써 처리수를 생하는 정밀 여과부; 및상기 정밀 여과부로 유입된 활성탄 처리수에 포함된 활성탄을 상기 활성탄 처리부로 순환시키는 활성탄 순환부;를 포함하는 수처리 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 활성탄 순환부는 저류조에 구비되는 활성탄 집수 피트와 순환 배관을 포함하는 수처리 시스템.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 정밀 여과부는,활성탄 처리수를 유입받는 저류조와, 복수의 중공사 모듈들을 유닛화 한 중공사 유닛을 포함하며, 각각의 중공사 모듈은, 중공사막과, 상기 중공사막의 양쪽 단부를 각각 고정하는 한쌍의 헤드 어셈블리와, 양쪽 헤드 어셈블리를 일정한 간격으로 지지하는 지지 프레임을 포함하는 수처리 시스템.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 헤드 어셈블리는,중공사막의 일측 단부를 삽입 고정하는 헤드와, 상기 헤드가 결합되는 캡과, 헤드와 캡을 밀봉하는 밀봉 링과, 헤드에 인접한 위치에서 캡에 고정되는 산기관을 포함하는 수처리 시스템.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 헤드는 중공사막의 단부가 고정되는 중공사막 고정부와, 지지 프레임을 삽입하는 프레임 삽입부를 구비하며, 상기 헤드가 고정되는 캡은 헤드의 돌출부가 삽입되는 집수부와, 상기 집수부와 연통하는 여과수용 배관과, 중공사막을 세정하기 위한 세정 공기가 공기 공급관을 통해 유입되는 공기 배관과, 집수부와 인접한 위치에 마련되며 상기 공기 배관과 연통되는 공기 유입부와, 헤드 어셈블리 연결용 연결봉이 삽입되는 연결홀을 구비하는 수처리 시스템.
- 원수에 함유된 부유물을 응집 및 침전시켜 상등수를 생산하는 부유물 제거 단계;상기 상등수에 함유된 유기물을 활성탄을 이용하여 흡착 제거함으로써 활성탄 처리수를 생산하는 유기물 제거 단계;상기 활성탄 처리수를 정밀 여과하여 여과수를 생산하는 정밀 여과 단계; 및유기물을 흡착한 활성탄을 상기 유기물 제거 단계로 재공급함으로써 상기 활성탄을 순환시키는 단계;를 포함하는 수처리 방법.
