Claims (5)
- 사전에 응집제(100)가 주입된 하·폐수 또는 오염된 하천, 호수의 오염수를 급속혼화와 완속혼화하는 혼화조(10)와,
상기 혼화조(10)를 거친 이후에 추가로 제1폴리머(200a)가 주입된 오염수에 포함되어 있는 슬러지를 경사판(21)을 이용하여 분리한 후, 분리된 슬러지 중 일부는 슬러지펌프(300a)를 통해 반송라인(400)을 거쳐 오염수로 반송처리하고, 나머지는 기존 슬러지저류조로 배출하며, 슬러지가 분리된 1차 처리수는 후단의 흡착반응조로 이송처리하는 침전조(20)와,
상기 침전조(20)를 거친 이후에 추가로 제2폴리머(200b)가 주입된 1차 처리수 내에 포함되어 있는 미처리 고형물을 여재(31)의 흡착반응을 통해 흡착처리하고, 고형물이 제거된 2차 처리수는 후단의 여과조로 이송처리하는 흡착반응조(30)와,
상기 흡착반응조(30)를 거친 2차 처리수에 포함되어 있는 잔류 고형물 및 현탁성 부유물질을 제거하는 여과조(40)와,
후단의 방류펌프장으로부터 공급되어 상기 흡착반응조(30)와, 여과조(40)의 역세척에 사용된 역세척수를 공급받아 저장한 후, 역세수이송펌프(300c)를 통해 기존 하수처리장 전단부의 유량조정조로 상기 역세척에 사용된 역세척수를 이송하는 역세수조(50)와,
상기 여과조(40)를 거친 3차 처리수를 방류펌프장 이송펌프(300d)를 통해 공급받아 방류 전에 임시저장하면서, 상기 3차 처리수 중 일부를 역세척수로 이용하기 위하여 여과조 역세펌프(300f)와 흡착반응조 역세펌프(300g)를 통해 여과조(40)와 흡착반응조(30)로 각각 순환시키고, 상기 역세척수로 사용하지 않는 3차 처리수는 방류펌프(300e)를 이용하여 최종적으로 외부로 방류하는 방류펌프장(60)을 포함하여 이루어지는 것으로,
상기 경사판(21)은 Cr 27중량%, Mo 2.5중량%, W 3중량%, N 0.4중량%와 나머지 Fe 및 불가피한 불순물로 구성되는 스테인리스 강99.68~99.88wt%에,
Ce 53중량%, La 26중량%, Nd 17중량%, Pr 4중량%로 구성되는 희토류 금속 0.12~0.32wt%를 첨가하여 조성된 스테인리스 합금강으로 이루어져,
수 면적 부하를 80~100 ㎥/㎡·day로 하고, 침전조(20)의 바닥면으로부터 1.3~1.7m의 이격 공간을 두어 슬러지의 침강 높이를 확보하도록 설치하는 것에 있어서,
상기 여재(31)는 폴리에틸렌 80~85wt%와, 활성 굴패각 분말 5~15wt%와, 방해석 분말 5~15wt%를 사출성형기 호퍼에 투입하여 60~75rpm의 회전속도로 10~20분간 교반혼합하여 혼합물을 교반하면서 가열기로 170~200℃의 온도로 유지되도록 하여 10~20rpm의 이송스크류로 용융시키면서 전방으로 이송시켜 통과한 직경 2~4mm, 길이 5~8mm의 길이로 절단하여 제조된 것으로서,
상기 활성 굴패각 분말은 세척을 통해 굴패각 표면의 염분과 유기물을 제거한 후 통풍건조한 굴패각을 750~800℃로 가열하여, 죠 크러셔로 10mm이하로 1차 분쇄하고, 건조기에서 95~105℃로 20~24시간 동안 건조한 후, 볼밀을 이용하여 2차 분쇄하여 체가름을 통해 선별된 70~150㎛의 미분말임을 특징으로 하는 일체형 침전·흡착·여과처리시스템.
