Claims (4)
- 석정반으로 이루어진 스테이지;석정반으로 이루어지며, 상기 스테이지 양측에 위치한 좌우 지지대;석정반으로 이루어지며, 상기 좌우 지지대를 가로질러 위치하며, 상기 좌우 지지대를 지나가는 헤드 지지대; 및최초 동작시 상기 헤드 지지대의 정중앙에 위치하고, 상기 스테이지에 유입된 기판의 소정 부위를 검사 또는 리페어(repair)하며, 상기 헤드 지지대에 구비된 레일을 지나가는 헤드를 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 검사 장비.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 헤드에는 CCD, 레이저, 광 센서 중 어느 하나를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 검사 장비.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 헤드 지지대 및 상기 헤드는 일정한 속도로 이동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 검사 장비.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 스테이지에는 상기 좌우 지지대에 소정 간격 이격된 부위에 상기 헤드 지지대의 형성 방향에 수직인 방향으로 상기 헤드 지지대를 이동시키는 레일이 더 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 검사 장비.
