Description
Claims (1)
- 피도금물이 되는 모재(母材)를 알칼리용제에 침지시켜 모재의 표면을 탈지처리하는 탈지단계(1)와, 탈지처리된 모재를 산(酸)의 수용액속에 침지시켜 모재의 표면을 활성화시키는 산세단계(2)와, 산세처리된 모재의 표면을 물세척하는 수세단계(3)로 이루어지는 알루미늄 용융도금을 위한 전처리공정(10)에 있어서,상기 탈지단계(1)의 이전 또는 수세단계(3)의 이후에는, 피도금물이 되는 모재를 가열로속에 장입시켜 450 ~ 680℃의 온도조건하에서 2 ~ 10시간 동안 모재의 가열을 행한 후, 가열로속이나 상온 조건하에서 모재를 서냉시켜 모재의 잔류응력을 제거하는 열처리단계(6)를 거치는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 용융도금을 위한 전처리방법.
