Claims (9)
- 중공성형된 합성수지 패널의 제조장치를 구성함에 있어서, 상,하부 표피재(61,71) 및 상,하부가열시트(62,72)를 하부금형(2)에 장착하여 상,하부금형(1,2)에 의하여 프레스 성형하는 장치로 구성하되, 상기 하부금형(2)의 내부에 패널의 중공부(73)를 성형할수 있는 중공성형부(21)가 설치되어 있고, 상기 중공성형부(21)의 저면(21a)의 양끝단부위(21',21")에 상기 중공성형부(21)의 내부공기를 흡입할수 있는 공기흡입부(22,22')가 설치되어 있으며,상기 하부금형(2)의 외부면 상단부의 좌,우측면에 중공성형부(21)의 진공효율을 높이기 위한 하부가열시트(72) 및 하부표피재(71),하부금형(2)을 조일수 있는 클램핑(25,25')이 설치가 되어 있고, 상기 중공성형부(21)의 저면 하단부에 상기 하부금형(2)에 장착되어 있는 하부표피재(71) 및 하부가열시트(72)를 개공,관통 및 공기주입이 가능한 구조의 회전을 하며 상,하부로 전진 및 후진,공기주입을 할수 있는 바늘형 공기주입구(3)가 설치되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 중공 성형된 합성수지 패널의 제조장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 바늘형공기주입구(3)가 중공성형부(21)의 저면(21a)의 하단부에 위치한 상태에서 상기 중공성형부(21)측면 높이 길이 이상의 상부금형(1)방향으로 전진 및 상기 중공성형부(21)측면 높이의 중앙위치로 후진이 되는 바늘형 공기주입구(3)로 설치되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 중공성형된 합성수지 패널의 제조장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 바늘형공기주입구(3)를 중공성형부(21)의 저면(21a)의 하단부 양측면에서 10~15°의 각도를 유지한채 중공성형부(21)측면 높이 길이 이상의 상부금형(1)방향으로 전진 및 상기 중공성형부(21)측면 높이의 중앙위치로 후진이 되는 복수 또는 다수개의 바늘형 공기주입구(3',3")로 설치할수 있음을 특징으로 하는 중공성형된 합성수지 패널의 제조장치.
- 제 2항 및 3항에 있어서, 상기 바늘형 공기주입구(3,3',3")가 주입구(34)와 몸체(31)로 구성되어 있고, 상,하부로 전,후진을 위하여 상기 몸체(31)의 외부에 에어실린더(32)가 장착 되어 있으며,몸체(31)의 저면에 속이 비어 있는 가이드(35)가 설치되어 있고, 몸체(31)의 내부 상단에 회전용모터(33)가 설치되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 중공성형된 합성수지 패널의 제조장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 공기 흡입부(22,22')가 외부의 흡입펌프(5,5')에 연결되어 중공성형부(21)내의 공기를 흡입 할수 있도록 설치되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 중공 성형된 합성수지 패널의 제조장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 바늘형 공기주입구(3)가 외부의 컴퓨레서(4)에 연결되어 상기 컴퓨레서(4)에서 공급되는 압축공기를 하부금형(2)의 중공성형부(21)내에 주입할수 있도록 설치 되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 중공성형된 합성수지 패널의 제조장치.
- 상,하부 표피재(61,71) 및 상,하부가열시트(62,72)를 하부금형(2)에 장착후 상,하부금형(1,2)에 의하여, 프레스 성형을 하여 중공성형된 합성수지 패널을 제조하는 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 하부금형(2)에 하부표피재(71) 및 180±20℃로 가열된 하부가열시트(72)를 장착후, 외부면상단의 좌,우측부위의 클램핑(25,25')으로 상기 하부가열시트(72) 및 하부표피재(71),하부금형(2)을 조여 하부금형(2)내의 중공성형부(21)의 저면(21a)에 진공이 형성되게 하며,공기흡입부(22,22')를 통하여 상기 중공성형부(21)의 공기를 1㎏/㎠ 이상의 압력으로 외부로 흡입하여 상기 하부표피재(71) 및 하부가열시트(72)를 상기 중공성형부(21)의 저면(21a)에 완전히 밀착시키며 밀착후, 바늘형 공기주입방식인 바늘형 공기주입구(3)를 사용하여 상기 하부표피재(71) 및 하부가열시트(72)를 개공,관통후 상기 중공성형부(21) 높이의 중앙부위에 위치되게 한후, 상기 바늘형 공기주입구(3)의 주입구(34)를 통하여 외부의 컴퓨레서(4)에서 유입되는 1㎏/㎠ 이상의 압축공기를 상기 중공성형부(21)내에 주입함과 동시에, 상기 하부가열시트(72)의 상부에 180 ±20℃로 가열된 상부가열시트(62) 및 상부표피재(61)를 적층후, 프레스 성형 및 하부금형내에 설치되어 있는 냉각파이프(23,23')에 0~20℃의 냉각수가 순환되어 상,하부 가열시트(62,72)를 60℃이하로 냉각,탈형을 하여 중공성형된 패널(10)을 제조하여, 상기 중공성형된 패널(10)의 측면등의 외면에 노즐구멍(75)등이 발생되지 않는 일체화된 패널을 제조할수 있음을 특징으로 하는 중공성형된 합성수지 패널의 제조방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 바늘형 공기주입구(3)가 하부표피재(71) 및 하부가열시트(72)를 개공,관통시, 상기 하부표피재(71) 및 하부가열시트(72)를 개공 및 관통한 상태로 중공성형부(21)측벽의 높이 이상 길이의 상부금형(1)방향으로 전진이 되게 한후, 상기 중공성형부(21)측벽 높이의 중앙위치로 후진을 시켜 하부가열시트(72)가 바늘형 공기주입구(3)의 주입구(34)를 막는것을 방지할수 있음을 특징으로 하는 중공성형된 합성수지 패널의 제조방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 공기흡입부(22,22')를 설치하지 않고, 하부표피재(71) 및 하부가열시트(72)가 하부금형(2)의 중공성형부(21)의 상부에 위치된 상태에서 바늘형 공기주입구(3)를 사용하여 개공 및 관통을 할수있음을 특징으로 하는 중공성형된 합성수지 패널의 제조방법.
