Description
Claims (11)
- 게이트 배선과 데이터 배선의 교차로 형성되는 다수의 화소영역을 갖는 액티브 영역과 상기 액티브 영역 외측의 비표시영역에 Vcom배선 및 그라운드 배선이 구비된 어레이 기판과;상기 어레이 기판의 비표시영역의 일부에 대응하여 형성되는 금속재질의 테두리 블랙매트릭스와, 상기 액티브 영역에 각 화소에 대응하는 적, 녹, 청색 컬러필터층과, 상기 적, 녹, 청색 컬러필터층 하부에 형성된 공통전극을 포함하는 컬러필터 기판과;상기 두 기판 사이에 개재된 액정층과;상기 테두리 블랙매트릭스와 그라운드 배선을 전기적으로 연결시키는 제 1 도통 수단과;상기 Vcom배선과 공통전극을 전기적으로 연결시키는 제 2 도통 수단을 포함하는 액정표시장치용 액정패널.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 그라운드 배선은 상기 액정패널에 부착되는 인쇄회로기판과 전기적으로 연결되는 액정표시장치용 액정패널.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 테두리 블랙매트릭스를 형성하는 금속재질은 블랙계열의 크롬(Cr)인 액정표시장치용 액정패널.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 적, 녹, 청색 컬러필터층과 공통전극 사이에 오버코트층을 더욱 구비한 액정표시장치용 액정패널.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 오버코트층은 테두리 블랙매트릭스 일부가 노출되도록 패터닝된 액정표시장치용 액정패널.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1, 2 도통수단은 은(Ag)도트인 액정표시장치용 액정패널.
- 기판 상에 테두리와 그 내부에 화소부 블랙매트릭스와 테두리 블랙매트릭를 형성하는 단계와;상기 화소부 블랙매트릭스 사이에 순차적으로 배치되는 적, 녹, 청색 컬러필터를 형성하는 단계와;상기 적, 녹, 청색 컬러필터 상에 상기 블랙매트릭스 일부를 노출시키는 공통전극을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 액정표시장치용 액정패널의 컬러필터 기판의 제조 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 적, 녹, 청색 컬러필터를 형성하는 단계와 공통전극을 형성하는 단계 사이에는 오버코트층을 형성하는 단계를 더욱 포함하는 액정표시장치용 액정패널의 컬러필터 기판 제조 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 공통전극 형성하는 단계 이후에는 상기 오버코트층을 패터닝하여 그 하부의 테두리 블랙매트릭스 일부를 노출시키는 단계를 더욱 포함하는 액정표시장치용 액정패널의 컬러필터 기판 제조 방법.
- 게이트 배선과 데이터 배선의 교차로 형성되는 다수의 화소영역을 갖는 액티브 영역과 상기 액티브 영역 외측의 비표시영역에 Vcom배선 및 그라운드 배선이 구비된 어레이 기판과, 상기 어레이 기판의 비표시영역의 일부에 대응하여 형성되는 금속재질의 테두리 블랙매트릭스와, 상기 액티브 영역에 각 화소에 대응하는 적, 녹, 청색 컬러필터층과, 상기 적, 녹, 청색 컬러필터층 하부에 형성된 공통전극을 포함하는 컬러필터 기판과, 상기 두 기판 사이에 개재된 액정층과, 상기 테두리 블랙매트릭스와 그라운드 배선, Vcom배선과 공통전극을 전기적으로 연결시키는 제1, 2 도통 수단을 구비함으로써, 상기 테두리 블랙매트릭스가 전자파 차폐 수단을 형성하는 액정패널과;상기 액정패널과 연결된 인쇄회로기판과;상기 액정패널 하부에 위치하는 백라이트 유닛과;상기 액정패널과 백라이트 유닛을 내치시키는 서포트 메인 프레임과;상기 액정패널을 서포트 메인 프레임에 고정시키는 탑 케이스 및 보텀 케이스를 구비한 액정표시장치.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 서포트 메인과 보텀 케이스 사이에는 전자파 차폐수단이 더욱 구비된 액정표시장치.
