Claims (26)
- 약제를 분사하기에 적절한 니들을 포함하는 점성 약제를 분사하기 위한 장치에 있어서,상기 니들의 게이지는 약 21 게이지와 동일하거나 또는 더 크며, 상기 장치는 상기 점성 약제를 약제를 분사하기에 충분한 힘으로 니들을 통하여 구동하도록 형성되어 있는 점성 약제를 분사하기 위한 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 가압된 가스 소스, 액츄에이터, 드라이버 및 디스펜셔를 또한 포함하고, 상기 가압된 가스 소스, 드라이버 및 디스펜셔는 상기 액츄에이터를 트리거(trigger)할 때에 니들을 통하여 상기 점성 약제를 분사하도록 형성되는 점성 약제를 분사하기 위한 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 점성 약제는 약 5포이즈(poise)보다 큰 점도를 가지는 점성 약제를 분사하기 위한 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 점성 약제는 약 10포이즈보다 큰 점도를 가지는 점성 약제를 분사하기 위한 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 점성 약제는 약 50 포이즈보다 큰 점도를 가지는 점성 약제를 분사하기 위한 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 점성 약제는 약 100 포이즈보다 큰 점도를 가지는 점성 약제를 분사하기 위한 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 드라이버는 상기 디스펜셔에 대하여 적어도 제 1 힘과 제 2 힘을 발생시키도록 형성되어 있는 멀티스테이지 피스톤을 포함하는 점성 약제를 분사하기 위한 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 드라이버는 상기 디스펜셔에 대하여 제 1 힘과 제 2 힘을 발생시키도록 형성되어 있는 멀티스테이지 피스톤을 포함하고, 상기 제 2 힘은 상기 제 1 힘보다 더 큰 점성 약제를 분사하기 위한 장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 멀티스테이지 피스톤은 상기 제 1 힘이 약 7 lbs와 동일하거나 또는 더 작게 되며, 상기 제 2 힘이 상기 니들을 통하여 점성 약제를 분사하기에 충분하도록 형성되는 점성 약제를 분사하기 위한 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 니들의 게이지는 약 27 게이지 내지 약 31 게이지의 범위로 있는 점성 약제를 분사하기 위한 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 장치는 약 10초내에서 상기 니들을 통하여 약 0.5cc이하의 점성 약제를 분사하도록 형성되는 점성 약제를 분사하기 위한 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 장치는 약 5초내에서 상기 니들을 통하여 0.5cc이하의 점성 약제를 분사하도록 형성되는 점성 약제를 분사하기 위한 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 디스펜셔는 저장부, 니들 및 가압된 가스 소스, 멀티스테이지 피스톤을 포함하고, 상기 디스펜셔는 약 10초내에서 상기 니들을 통하여 약 0.5cc이하의 점성 약제를 분사하도록 형성되는 점성 약제를 분사하기 위한 장치.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 가압된 가스 소스, 멀티스테이지 피스톤 및, 디스펜셔는 약 5초내에서 상기 니들을 통하여 약 0.5cc이하의 점성 약제를 배출하도록 형성되는 점성 약제를 분사하기 위한 장치.
- 점성 약제를 분사하기 위한 방법에 있어서, 상기 방법은,점성 약제를 제공하는 단계와;상기 점성 약제를 분사하기 위한 니들을 제공하는 단계 및;상기 점성 약제를 니들을 통하여 분사하는 단계를 포함하고,상기 니들은 약 21 게이지와 동일하거나 또는 더 큰 니들 게이지를 가지는 점성 약제를 분사하기 위한 방법.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 상기 점성 약제를 제공하는 단계는, 상기 약 5 포이즈와 동일하거나 더 큰 점도를 나타내는 약제를 제공하는 단계를 포함하는 점성 약제를 분사하기 위한 방법.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 상기 점성 약제를 제공하는 단계는, 약 10포이즈와 동일하거나 또는 더 큰 점도를 나타내는 약제를 제공하는 단계를 포함하는 점성 약제를 분사하기 위한 방법.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 상기 점성 약제를 제공하는 단계는, 약 50포이즈와 동일하거나 또는 더 큰 점도를 나타내는 약제를 제공하는 단계를 포함하는 점성 약제를 분사하기 위한 방법.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 상기 점성 약제를 제공하는 단계는, 약 100포이즈와 동일하거나 또는 더 큰 점도를 나타내는 약제를 제공하는 단계를 포함하는 점성 약제를 분사하기 위한 방법.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 상기 니들을 제공하는 단계는 약 27 게이지와 동일하거나 또는 더 큰 니들 게이지를 가지는 니들을 제공하는 단계를 포함하는 점성 약제를 분사하기 위한 방법.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 상기 니들을 제공하는 단계는 약 31 게이지와 동일한 니들 게이지를 가지는 니들을 제공하는 단계를 포함하는 점성 약제를 분사하기 위한 방법.
- 약제를 분사하기 위한 장치에 있어서,트리거와;상기 약제를 포함하는 저장부와, 상기 약제를 분사하기 위한 니들을 포함하는 디스펜셔와;멀티스테이지 피스톤을 포함하는 드라이버를 포함하고,상기 약제를 분사하기 위한 장치는, 트리거의 작동시에, 상기 멀티스테이지 피스톤이 상기 디스펜셔에 대하여 적어도 제 1 힘과 제 2 힘을 발생시키도록 형성되는 약제를 분사하기 위한 장치.
- 제 22 항에 있어서, 가압된 가스 소스를 또한 포함하고, 상기 장치는 트리거의 작동이 가압된 가스 소스로부터 가압된 가스가 상기 멀티스테이지 피스톤에 대하여 작용하도록 형성되는 약제를 분사하기 위한 장치.
- 제 22 항에 있어서, 상기 장치의 멀티스테이지 피스톤은 제 2 힘보다 더 작은 제 1 힘을 발생시키도록 형성되는 약제를 분사하기 위한 장치.
- 제 24 항에 있어서, 상기 장치의 멀티스테이지 피스톤은 상기 제 1 힘이 제 2 힘의 작용이전에 발생될 수 있도록 형성되는 약제를 분사하기 위한 장치.
- 제 22 항에 있어서, 상기 멀티스테이지 피스톤의 각 스테이지는 서로 다른 표면 영역을 특징으로 하는 약제를 분사하기 위한 장치.
